- The Prince/Princess or ranks above that is online with the highest valor (previously known as honor) and castle on an island will become the governor of that island. If that player goes offline, the next in-line will become the governor. If there's no online Princes/Princesses or higher on that island, then nobody will be ruling that island. - A tax rate with a minimum of 2 million and a maximum of 10 million has to be paid to the governor. The taxes are deducted when your villagers get their wages. Make sure to leave enough gold in the stockpile. Else, villagers will stop working, and the island governor will not be happy.
Changes: - Increased rank requirements by 10 times, so that newcomers don't reach the maximum rank too quickly. - Increased amount of Valor purchased, from 100 to 1000 and balanced the cost per purchase.
Fixes: - 5-minute people saving feature was not properly saving the data of players who logged out.

Important Announcement: If your town has any missing blocks.
In patch 0.14.14, a terrible storm swept across the lands destroying blocks here and there for every castle. You will be seeing many missing blocks. Remember to press M, click your town, and click **Reload Town**. After doing that, you'll have to repair the castle with new blocks in order to be properly saved using the new saving and loading system.
Fixes: - Added the Reload Town button in the world map town menu, that rechecks the town's server checksum with the client's and loads missing levels. - Revamped the town saving and loading with a new checksum-styled system that also saves the town's blocks into the client's ClientSave file, to speed up loading of town blocks when there are no differences within each level. - Summary slot of a dead villager not being removed.

Fixes: - Blacksmiths not working properly. - Dead bodies going into the ground or a slight level below. - Manual save will override the automatic save to avoid corruption of world save data.

Changes: - Added Stables (future horses coming soon), Pennants and Wall flag (decorations), Desk (for commerce experience) and Well (for future thirst needs). - Sitting on a throne gives 1000 leadership experience every 30 seconds. - Sitting at a desk gives 1000 commerce experience every 30 seconds. - Blacksmiths no longer need to walk to and from the stockpile to take or deposit items. - Villagers also receive commerce experience when receiving their wages.
