Fresh update from the oven!



It's been a while you have heard about us. This update brings the much anticipated VR menu in the game.


Visual updates:




  • Main map ground overhaul
  • VR Main Menu
  • Improved impact visuals
  • Shop banner new fonts
  • Waterfalls added
  • New Minion skins


New Features:




  • Players will now be automatically logged in with their Steam account
  • Character Select redesign
  • VR Main Menu
  • Updated Minimap


Bug Fixes:




  • Wizard Charge weapons no longer rapidly fire on single fire
  • Fixed some Wizard projectiles doing physical damage
  • Knight wall now stuns for the entire duration until it starts to fall
  • Kyra Ult is now not being blocked by the base fortifications
  • Jungle Creeps not respawning after being killed
  • Cube entity detached from grenade
  • Tower Crystals now give 10 gold each, only the last hitting player receives 300 gold


Discovered Bugs and things in Development:




  • Previous player data did not come through with the new Steam account login



We suggest not to focus on the balancing system as much right now, because many of our core systems are being constantly re-evaluated and changed. We also have some bigger changes in our development plans that we have not yet revealed, that might change/add some core mechanics to make the game more fun and immersive VR experience. Nevertheless player input in our development has always been a key element, so make sure to let us know what you think and find.

New Game Update!

Overview:



This game update begins the process of making the fight with AI more fun.


Visual updates:




  • Tower Crystals now flash when damaged
  • Slightly changed Wizard and Harpy's projectile trails
  • New Teleporting effect
  • New Grenade and Kyra Ultimate targeting visual
  • Tower aiming beam modified
  • Minions properly blend from death animation to ragdoll / not always


New Features:




  • Minion overhaul
  • Incoming damage indicator
  • Helena's and Hexoth weapons have crosshairs



Game Mechanics:




  • Minion stamina
  • Player can knock minions down
  • Minions spawn in sets of 3 (2 melee and 1 ranged minion) and in 30 second delays between waves.


Bug Fixes:




  • Fixed drawbridges in the bases
  • Oculus "game starting bug/lag" fixed
  • Matchmaking stabilization fixes (If matchmaking issues still occur, please make reports so we could solve the issues)
  • Minor launcher bug fixes


Discovered Bugs and things in Development:




  • Minions can evade into walls
  • Skeleton weapons can get stuck in Minions and Crystals
  • Attack link ability does not show cooldown
  • Minions sometimes can make huge evade-s

New Season Alert!

It's getting cold, so we could have some more time to stay at home playing. Yaay!




Enough of the chit-chat, these are exciting times for Cradle of Sins. Christmas is knocking at the door, we are doing ANOTHER Giveaway and also new Community Tournament!. We also released an in depth Tutorial for you and lot's of new game updates in the past weeks, trying hard to release one big Update next week.

Wednesday Stream, my dudes!


Another Wednesday, another stream

Devlog 1.2

Overview:



This update gives player walking animation a nudge. "Stop looking like a ragdoll!" Much better.



Visual Updates:



  • Animations move player mesh from hips not spine
  • Streamer Screen no longer hides player's mesh
  • Character names displayed on Crystals
  • Many new particle effects!


New Features:



  • Added Player names on top of their character with Color indications if they belong to your team or not
  • Added support for Singapore server
  • Added more immersive sounds


Game Mechanics:



  • Melee weapons use attack speed
  • Crossbow Client/Server Offset fixed
  • Recoil effect added to ranged weapons (Wizards staff and Harpy's crossbows)
  • Removed physics on Harpy's and Wizard's weapons
  • Melee minion vision ranged increased
  • Knight, Skeleton melee damage increased
  • Tower armor reduced
  • Minions stagger, strafe and dodge more often
  • Ward Cannons limited to 4 Active per team.


Bug Fixes



  • Fixed bug where after leaving game screen using "esc" button, the loading screen would not dissapear the next game launch.
  • No more 0 damage floating texts


Discovered Bugs



  • If Ward Cannon Limit is reached the message will say: "Not enough coins" instead of something more logical.
