New devlog! This time, I narrate what's happening as I play through one of the most difficult and chaotic sections of CreatorCrate.

Map Variety Update 0.12.0

Update 0.12.0

  • Significantly increased the map variety
  • Added a new boss fight in the center of the space station
  • Blueprints swap slots to avoid overwriting blueprints with duplicate items.
  • Increased the amount of time before decompression and made the message more descriptive.
  • Added more improvements to the player's jump.
  • Evened out the loading screen progress bar.
  • Added more tools at checkpoints to give the player options.
  • Made the player start at full matter when starting from a checkpoint.
  • Made sawblades a little less deadly and fixed an issue where you could stand on them.
  • Changed the way known areas are exposed on the map to make navigation easier.
  • Made many improvements and tweaks to Clacker robots.
  • Fixed an issue where there was a delay in the player's quick fall when holding down the jump button.
  • Made adjustments to make the player's arm more steady.
  • Mines destroy their proximity sensor now
  • Gave the Fire Switch a faster warmup and slower cooldown to make fire more useful.
  • Added non-rotating varients of the security camera.
  • You can now pan the camera by holding up or down
  • Made improvements to the way that extending platforms push the player.
