Hey we think we've finally gotten the remapping to work once and for all. So we put out a quick update, .37e that addresses this. Check it out and see if it works for you--it seems all good on our side! :goofdead:

Here's what we fixed, added and polished!
Fixed issue with an invisible ball spawning in trough without physics.
Fixed issue where a drain would cause camera to loose its zoom preference.
Multiball camera should work as intended
Continued to remove/replace Old iTween system causing perf issues.
Misc. performance/bug fixes
Added a per-game Timer to Results Screen
Outlane swap in normal moved to after Wizard Mode.
Fixed bug with Wizard Mode's video effects canceling if you started new Ritual.
Fixed collider issue with ball getting stuck in Lion Eye.
Fixed many achievement related Issues.
NOTE: certain cumulative achievements aren't logging, looking into it now.
Fixed certain per-game results not resetting properly.
Scores over MAXINT allowed value by Steam will flatten to MAXINT (~2.5bil) until we create a Billion+ Board.

Thanks everyone for buying the game--the support is great, and the community feedback is SUPER valuable. We've incorporated some of it into this latest update.
We just pushed out the first update, if you see the version number .31b, you have it. Otherwise, try restarting Steam to get it to update.
What's new? Here's what we THINK we fixed.
HIGH FRAME RATE ISSUES. Running unlocked is still experimental. The game runs best at 60 fps. However, I think this is solved. If your PC can handle it, the game action should run at the same speed regardless of frame rate. Try using the GSYNC/FREESYNC option if you have a monitor that supports it and you want high frame rates, or just run unlocked if you want to run uncapped on a regular monitor.
PERFORMANCE. We stil have a ways to go, but we've tuned this game up a bit and you should see less stutter and choppiness. This is an ongoing process.
KEY MAPPING. You should be able to remap the keys and joystick and have it save. I don't think restoring the defaults works. Also the options screen is not navigable with the keyboard or joystick for now--that's a bug (The remapper captures all the input...I'l lhave to put it on its own screen or something) Again--don't touch the keys in the launcher.
LEADERBOARDS. Steam only supports 32-bit integers in the leaderboards. So if you're breaking 2.5 billion, you'll only see 2.5 billion as your score on the leaderboards. We're working on a soluition that at least lets people know how many times you wrapped. But until then--we made the leaderboards a bit more robust, expanded them to 100 entries per page, and on the main menu boards you can page through them.
There's bunch of other gameplay fixes, physics tuning, even some polish (like sounds on the button clicks etc.) that we've added. Plenty of stuff that doesn't warrant a callout.

The Spanish font is incomplete, so the Spanish localization may have some problems.
EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES ARE NOT DONE. Use of high refresh monitors causes unpredictable results. Play the game frame locked only.
DO NOT REMAP KEYS IN THE LAUNCHER. We are removing the launcher very soon--this is why the game is marked as "partial" controller support. Because you can't navigate the launcher with a controller
GRAPHS AND RANK METERS ARE INCOMPLETE. These are temporary and we are working on making more useful play data available.
This game is EARLY ACCESS--it's got bugs, performance problems, and some polish issues. Please let us know about them, but understand this isn't a finished product.

This is a very full-featured Early Access game, however it is not finished. There's bugs to fix, content to polish, gameplay to balance, features to add, assets to make, performance to tune, and plenty more work to be done!
Early Access allows you to help us with this process--if you find a bug, tell us! If you think a part of the game is too easy, tell us! If you think something should be changed, tell us!
We're not going to act on every suggestion, but we take them all into account.
