This week, we kept making progress in developing Swine King: added art assets (card icon, status icons), added combat dialogs, made adjustments and enhancements, fixing bugs. Currently, you can try out this character on pre-release branch. We are planning to release Swine King to the public branch! The game is also on Taptap International (Android) and Aifadian (iOS and Android Beta testing), please pick your favorite platforms!

This week, we released the new character Swine King for beta testing on the pre-release branch. We have finished all card logic, key mechanisms, animations, and effects; while art assets, storylines, events & dialogs are still in progress. Please opt-in to the pre-release branch to try it out! Also, we prioritized Holy Monk and Swine King as top choices on the character selection screen as these heroes are more friendly to players who are just getting started with the game.
Balance and Enhancement
Clarify the requirement for Wukong to enter Soul Mountains.
Dragon Princess will be reborn at the start of the player's turn instead of end of the player's turn.
Allow Endless mode to unlock cards, consumables, relics, etc.
Monkey Kings Roar will double Burning even if it's not a Debuff.
Hostage does not give you a curse card before trial 17.
Improve Half Moon Shovel and Dagger of Sirius.
Bug Fixes
Fix a potential bug that Scarlet Bracelet will block potion use in combat after one round in endless mode.
Fix an issue that high buddha's passive good cannot be deflected.
Fix a bug that Like a Fortress cannot keep Rupture on target.
Fix a bug that Furnace of Heaven cannot correctly recognize when card type changes during play.

We adjusted the mobile UI based on beta testing feedback that the window will appear for at least 1 second after the release of the long press gesture.
Improving and Balancing
Polarity Stone: Your team heals 15% HP when you enter the camp.
Lantern: When your team is larger than 2, gain 1 Energy at the start of each turn.
Demonic Rope: Deal additional 25% Attack damage to the elite and boss.
Divine Armor: When your HP is not below 50%, gain 1 Energy at the start of each turn.
Willow Branch Bottle: Gain 1/2/3 Artifact at the start of regular/elite/boss combat respectively.
Imperial Seal of Hell: Add Immune to damage for this turn after you trigger the relic.

This week, we added multiple platform data synchronization, game saves restore, adjusted some NPC skills to fit into team battles, and implemented a lot of other balances and improvements. Now we have mobile versions available on Aifadian; please check it out!
Multiple platform data synchronization
Step 1: open “Settings” -> “Game” on one of your devices.
Step 2: click the “Upload” to upload the game save, and a key will be generated and copied to clipboard.
Step 3: click on “Download” and enter the key from another device (mobile or PC).
Step 4: once the download process is completed, you can continue the game from this device with the same data as the other machine.
Game save restore function
Click on the “restore” on the same menu to restore the game file to a backup version 1 days, 3 days, or 1 week ago. This function is a good solution if your current game save is broken.
Optimization
Clicking on the NPC name on the detail window can jump to the compendium page.
You can use “All” button to instantly pick all card from Hand.
Balance and Improve
Adjusted Mighty Monkey’s cards: Twist the Knife -> Defensive Offense
Bloodstone can deal damage even if your HP is full.
We adjusted some NPC skills to make them more useful when they are on the player's side.

Fixed a bug that Memory Keeper and Master of Thunder Tower won't drop relics in endless mode.
Fixed little monkey attack delay issue during Omen fight.

This week, we added another new companion: Mighty Monkey(Wukong’s shadow of strength), added 2 new relics, and finished English localization for chapter 4 and endings. We also continue working on the development of the new Hero, the Swine King.
Mighty Monkey
- Wukong’s shadow of strength. Mighty Monkey is good at stacking up damage using Rupture debuff. - Unlocks after finishing Wukong’s trial 1 in story mode.

Optimizations
Skipping is not allowed for plot-based characters to enter combat to ensure the game's stability.
We are optimizing the click gesture on mobile platforms, as well as the cross-platform saves synchronization.
Improve and balance
Life Stealer now affects the entire team
Allow most of the summon cards to be played even when there is no spot to add new characters in combat.
Hunting Beauty
Confusing Spell: Exhaust. Apply 1 confused to all enemies. Apply 1 apparition to elite or boss
Shadow Fairy
Artifact: apply 1/2 Artifact to the team。
Cleanse: Retain, Exhaust. Remove all debuffs from the team
Purify: Retain, Exhaust. Remove all buffs from the target
Celestial of Wealth
Gold Strike: costs 15 gold, deals 20/30/40 damage
Gold Armor: costs 15 gold, gives 12/16/20 block to the team
Relic
Lotus Platform: Now each card in the deck grants 1 HP to the team whenever entering an Elite or Boss location.
Nine-Petal Maces: Now grant 2/3/4 strength to the team when Normal/Elite/Boss combat starts.
Bug Fixes
Fix a potential stuck bug when using a consumable while a card is playing from the Draw pile.
Fix Accumulation damage does not increase after an upgrade.
