Improved timer visibility and added a progress bar. The timer will now be visible as soon as a player can roll the dice.
Fixes
Dead units should no longer be able to collect items or capture gold mines.
Fixed bots in the lobby not changing their unit color correctly for the host when the color is changed.

Hopper Mine, Orbital Strike, Jump Pad, It Follows, Nuke, Poison Nuke, and UFO are now affected by the cheats 'Teleport Movement' and 'Fast Death' respectively.
Owning items reduces the probability of receiving another item of the same type by 5% instead of 10% as previously.

Probabilities of items now reduce the more items of that type you already have. Each item reduces the probability by 10%: 0 items: 100% base weight 1 item: 90% base weight 2 items: 81% base weight etc...
