The game was just updated with small content update:
New type of planets to fight on
Small nerf of the battle ship- now shock strike doesn't damage enemies, and both shock strike and photon strike require a little more energy
Fixed bug with battle events in caves
Fixed bug with cyborg boss tentacles remaining after the fight
Fixed a couple of other small bugs
Additionally, I've finished a couple of story missions for the a campaign, but I've decided to hold up on releasing them yet, because I want to finish few more mission and release them all in a bigger content patch, for a better story experience.
A couple of people asked for patrollling enemies. I was thinking about implementing this feature myself, but now this will be more of a priority, so expect this added soon! Another update will be additional mission objective types

Steam Trading Cards, new boss
Hello guys!
I was recently very pleased to see that Steam approved the game for using different features, trading cards in particular, and I was working for the past days to implement add them in the game. They are now being reviewed by Valve, and should appear in the game in a day or two
New boss:
I've added new boss - cyborg AI brain, which is probably the toughest boss yet. You will now be able to encounter event that will give you an option to fight him. New achievement for killing him is added too.
Other than that, I was applying small patches almost daily, fixing small bugs and glitches.
Steam Cloud saves, Achievements and helmets!
Hi guys! I'm happy to announce that the game now supports steam cloud saves and steam achievements!
This is actually the first time I am integrating steam cloud support for my game, and so far it was pretty smooth and painless transition, however if you experience problem with your saves, please let me know.
Also you can now find and buy different helmets and equip your squad with it. These helmets arent exactly crucial with stats, but they look cool and allow for some additional custimization.
Some helmets do not show on different heads, like alien heads, or the guy with spiky hair, that's because of the clipping issues.

Hi guys! Just wanted to say that i"m working on the new enemy faction - cyborgs, which will be added in the next update.
These terrifying machines are serving a sentient AI, which set it's goal to conquer the galaxy and eradicate all biological lifeforms. They are very slow, but very durable, with heavy armor and different abilities to repair on the battlefield.

New weapon - hunting rifle added

Now you can go into asteroids and explore cave levels inside!

Now power balance label in ship window shows all energy consumtions of the systems, if you hover over it

Version 0.51a. New unlockable class - Psionic
New unlockable class psionic is added to the game, with a number of cool and powerful abilities to use, like psi storms or mind control!

Unlocks changes
Big changes added to the unlock system, now instead of randomly unlocking new items after victory or defeat, you will get new currency - glory, and will be able to buy new unlocks from the store in the main menu. Right now you still are able to use all ships due to testing, but after the release they will need to be unlocked too, the same as additional game modes.
Melee weapon returns in limited amount If you guys didn't know, before an update a couple of weeks ago, there was an option to equip different melee weapons, however I felt like it was really weak option to choose, not really used by the players at all. Still, I was thinking about the way to implement it back, and now I've added a rare melee weapon - plazma sword. It deals most amount of damage in the game, so the high risk of going near the enemy is justified with huge damage it can deal.

New small patch added to the game:
New rare weapon added - Lightning cannon. It functions similiar to sniper rifle, but also bounces between targets (up to 5) and has 25% chance to stun enemies
Loot drops table imroved. Previously, rare weapons happen to have chance to drop about 0.5%, so you almost never saw them, now rare weapons appear much more often, especially at the late game
Additionally, you generally receive better weapon from drops and vendors at the late stages of the game
Weapon prices changed, better weapons now cost little more
Stunned targets now cannot dodge
