Note: This fix means the controller DPAD no longer switches the game into controller mode. You must press a controller button such as B to activate controller mode.

The TAB keyboard key will now switch the game from controller to mouse and keyboard mode. Steam Deck defaults to controller mode - if using a mouse and keyboard with the Steam Deck press TAB at the start of a match to force it to switch to mouse and keyboard mode.

This update adds one of the most anticipated features to the game! The CO-OP update has been in the works for a little while and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The update includes:
Multiplayer Cooperative
You will now be able to team up with another player to take on 1 or more AI teams, work together to achieve a combined score and win on points, or mount an unstoppable force and march it straight into the enemy lands!
Single Player Teams
You will not only be able to play CO-OP with other players but you will also be able to play Singleplayer team games where you can team up with an AI and take on one more AI teams.
Full Controller Support
You will also be able to play Hexarchy using your controller of choice! If you want to lay back on the couch and play in comfort, or if you simply just prefer using a controller over keyboard and mouse you now have that option! With our official layout, we recommend using the DPAD for navigation but feel free to experiment with different layouts and let us know your feedback.

New Hexarchy ranked ladder season 1 - and 20% Steam Winter Sale discount!

Happy holidays! We hope you all have a great festive season! We are kicking off this holiday season with an exciting new announcement! Today marks the launch of our ladder system for Hexarchy! Players are now able to create and join ranked games in the public lobby!
We hope you enjoy this new addition to the game, and if you have not yet picked up Hexarchy we will be offering a 20% discount during the 2 week long Steam Winter sale!
We have had a lot of feedback from the community that they would like a ranked mode added to Hexarchy, so we have added a ladder system where the top half of players will earn points to add to advance them up the ladder.
We still have more exciting updates planned for Hexarchy coming in the next few months and can't wait to share more information on them very soon!
