We are excited to announce Hexarchy is playable at WASD X IGN! If you are in London head to the The Truman Brewery and check out Hexarchy and a host of other amazing games!

If you are not from the UK or are unable to make it to WASD X IGN, don't worry for the duration of WASD X IGN we have put together a special demo so everyone can play some Hexarchy as we get closer to the |October 19th release date!

The day has finally come for us to announce the Hexarchy launch date! - So make sure you mark October 19th in your calendars or better yet Wishlist the game to be notified the moment the game is available for purchase!

Celebrate Strategy fest with the Hexarchy demo! - Enjoy the full Hexarchy experience including multiplayer for a full week! Build a deck to your own style, playing cards from your hand to perform actions on the board. Construct on your hexes to collect resources and broaden your empire, or play technology cards to expand your deck. Develop an economy which fuels your objectives, balancing the happiness of your civilization with the demands of war.

New Game Mode: Hegemon



  • Pick a civilization for the week and contribute to its global domination by completing campaigns
  • All players worldwide that picked your civilization contribute to its score
  • All campaigns for the week will have the same objectives but the maps will be different every time you play

If you misdeed the Tiny Teams Playtest no worries! Now is your chance to jump into some more action packed games of Hexarchy, either solo or with friends! If your friends are away this weekend, jump into our Discord and join other members of the community for some games!

If you have participated in the previous playtests you will be automatically granted access to this playtest - but if you're new to Hexarchy, simply head over to our store page and hit the request access button to gain access. The playtest also includes the game's multiplayer, so bring your friends along too.

  • New Wonder: East India Company. Under Currency tech. Claims all hexes within range of 3 (old Hagia Sophia bonus)
  • Hagia Sophia - now makes your hexes nearly invulnerable to culture steals

  • AI significantly improved, especially at Hard and Harder difficulties
  • Many performance improvements
  • Friendly Mode option for custom multiplayer games - when enabled, human players cannot attack other human players unless they are in your territory
  • In multiplayer, human players will be more evenly spaced out
  • Turn execution order is now determined by score with lowest score player going first. This is always displayed left to right at top of screen
  • In multiplayer, while playing events, current execution phase shows at top of screen - e.g. "Ranged Attacks", "Attacks", "Moves"
  • Camera panning to events slowed down and using an easing function
