Announcement - Building System Prototype

Hey fellow community

Last 3 week we were working on our building system.

We decided to finish that up before weapons so its possible to store items and make your bases and on end villages and towns.

I've done a small showcase of things we made.

There are 4 types of materials (Mud, Thatch, Reinforced Thatch, Wood) for start and we plan to expand it to 7 as we work on stations that will be required for creating required items.

We still miss roofing and UI and I need to tweak models so everything snaps perfectly.

Our lead programmer will describe in technical why our system is special.

Il just say that bases you guys will be able to build will be enormous and almost without fps drop :D

Hey fellow community

We are back on track!

I want to apologise at first for a long time between updates.

Maybe certain people noticed we didn't respond on our profile or smth.

We didn't leave you guys. We just had a lot of changes with the recent investment in our company and that's what took our time.

We are able to hire more crew now and speed up certain things.

Also, one engine bug took us a whole week to track and solve.

That bug stopped us from posting an update with a dedicated server.

Currently, there is only one active server you gonna find on the server list.

We wanted to test how much people we can hold per server so we can make improvements. As our community is small I want to keep everyone on the same server to make some kind of stress test but we are in talks to ensure a good amount of server so we can run a lot of our official servers.

Warning! [This is only on dedicated with 100 slots]

- Dedicated saving isn't finished (you can drop items on the floor)

- If you leave items on the floor and rejoin you maybe won't see them if you drop items near the place where you left them they will spawn again

- We gonna push hotfix for that soon!



Thanks to everybody who supported us from start!

This was only possible because you guys saw potential in us and bought the game <3

We are dropping to the building now.

We want to see some beautiful creations and villages!

Announcement - Roadmap


Hey guys and gals,

As we announced on the last update.

We organized our Roadmap and wrote down everything we were hiding till now.

You can find all the relevant info about game progress there.

Also, a Trello board is now connected with Discord.

We are proud to announce that we got investment for finishing Journey of Life.

So it's not a question anymore if this game will be finished or not, because the answer is definitely YES! we gonna finish it :D

This is a small update that will fix mostly all multiplayer issues.

We posted photos under to show what we work on and what will be added in the next update.

In the next update we will add a part of the modular weapons system.
Each weapon part will have its own stats and combining them will yield to different stats.
Which means different stamina consumption, agility, attack damage and much more depending on parts used.
Updates of those will be in parts.
First, one should be posted in a few days.

Currently, we only made axes. But the next tools will come also.
You can see an example of those on photos.
There is 64 possible combinations in this moment and we plan to expand those even more.

We added a new save system that works way better then the old one as load times started to be really big and ineffective.
