It's here! The big DOUBLE UPDATE 0.6.8
You can now freely orbit and zoom the camera in Len's Island, getting a whole new perspective on the world, and gaining a whole new way to control the game.
We've also built a new questing/starter guide system, and a new collection system to keep track of your items and progress inside of Len's Island, and even gain some unique rewards too.

Freely orbit and zoom the camera throughout gameplay with any control scheme
3 new zoom levels allowing you to zoom in and also zoom out and look toward the horizon to scout ahead

We also made two developer previews showcasing the camera orbiting and questing, you can watch them below!
We have been very hard at work to get this out. This is the first of several big updates in the pipeline over the next few months. We are releasing this at 3am Australian time, so I will probably pass out after writing this pos.. just kidding. But I am very tired and we will need some rest before tackling the first patch to fix any bugs we missed. So just keep that in mind over the next day or two.
Don't forget this update was crafted from all your feedback, and we can continue to balance and alter the camera and questing if needed. I'd also love to get some more ideas on quests too!
~ Julian
Questing & Collections Developer Preview
Another Dev Preview is here! This time we are giving a sneak peek of the new questing, starter guide, and collections.

Patch 0.6.772
Hey everyone,
Just a small patch to fix some small & rare but annoying bugs. We're busy cooking up some BIG updates, with one just around the corner a couple of weeks away. Stay tuned!
~ Julian
! Bugs Fixed and Changes Made:
Fixed various translation issues with titles on-screen and some resource names
Fixed farms connecting to water towers sometimes not connecting or being reliable
Fixed not being able to click through a faded water tower
Fixed water tower UI not translating
Fixed water tower sometimes not highlighting/fading correctly
Patch 0.6.771 - Mouse-Movement Re-added
Hey everyone,
So we heard your feedback loud and clear and we've worked to the bone over the past two days to get the mouse controls back in! We will be keeping both WASD and mouse movement controls in Len's Island, and you can switch between them at any time in the settings menu.
WASD movement will eventually use the right mouse button to orbit the camera once it's added, and then mouse movement will use the WASD keys to orbit and zoom the camera. So just like it's always been, there will be two different ways to play Len's Island, and the choice is yours.
We also fixed some prominent bugs in this patch, see below for the full notes!
~ Julian
+ New Features:
Re-implemented mouse controls for player movement and added an option in the settings menu to toggle between WASD and Mouse movement controls.
! Bugs Fixed and Changes Made:
Fixed bug causing some machines and storage containers to not load correctly and disappear
Fixed keybindings not saving between levels and play sessions
Fixed blueberry muffins being magically added to some people's inventories (enjoy the free muffins)
Fixed the spawn island dungeon door not opening for some people
March Update: New Languages & Outpost Upgrading
Hey everyone!
The first of several big updates is here! This March update includes several new languages, outpost upgrading, some UI improvements, building tooltips, and many bug fixes and small balancing changes.
We are currently almost finished with implementing camera orbiting into the game. We will have it ready within the next few weeks. Some of the changes are already implemented, build and edit mode now uses camera orbiting with the right mouse button/right thumb stick, and the screenshot camera controls have been overhauled too.
WASD and Mouse controls are now easier to switch between with a new settings menu option to toggle between both control schemes.
Enjoy the patch notes, they are pretty long! ~ Julian
+ New Languages Supported
Korean Translations
Russian Translations
French Translations
Portuguese Translations
Improved Thai Translations
+ New Features
Outpost upgrading added. All outposts now are cheaper to buy and can be upgraded to level 3, increasing their production & mining new resources, as well as making the harvest moon attacks more difficult
Updated inventory resources layout & design (getting ready to add a bunch more resources in the Frozen Lands update)
New building tooltips that show why you can't place a certain building piece, such as not enough support, must be on a foundation, not enough resources to build, etc.
Halfway through the camera overhaul to allow orbiting. The camera is still fixed, but the build/edit mode camera now has free orbiting with the right mouse, and screenshot mode camera controls are overhauled. (The orbit controls in build/edit mode will be the same orbit controls we are about to allow during normal gameplay soon)
Added windmill and water pump UI, and made only relevant farming connections show when interacting with farming constructs
