LK v5.11 Gameplay finished, New Library and Help files added, Glaive improved

GUI:

  • Deployed Burner tanks now have tooltip stats
  • Burner tanks fixed showing wrong number in ability message when recovered
  • Enemy weapon drawn text (ie. 'SHIELDED') set to small font
  • Saviour passive shield cooldown fixed not updating when cooldown is over
  • Saviour passive shield defect now has heat type cooldown
  • Tooltip stats shield sprite replaced
  • Hunter Glaive shows damage next to target
  • Hunter Glaive tooltip now shows min/max damage and range


Art:

  • Burner's Primer Grenades improved explosion


Gameplay:

  • Hunter Glaive minimum range increased from 50 to 100 to avoid glaive going backwards at short ranges. No idea what was causing the issue.
  • Hunter Glaive now deals 22 base damage plus 28 extra damage based on range
  • Hunter Glaive range max increased from 1000 to 1500


Menus:

  • GUI tab added to help menu
  • Pilots and Corporations tabs added to Library menu

LK v5.10 A lot of GUI Ability Improvements

General:

  • Expansion abilities fixed using Missile/Haxall sprites on ground


Wraith:

  • EMP tooltip removed "Single use", added ammo indicator
  • Bomb move range now only works in multiples
  • Bomb tooltip text removed bombs ammo, ammo bar fixed not showing at spawn


Saviour:

  • Blinder grenades fixed not showing ammo indicator, fixed button not showing as off


Templar:

  • Spectrum Flare GUI fixed staying triggered


Hunter:

  • Booster fixed drawing the target sprite after use
  • Image fixed not showing timer, fixed forcing increasingly longer movement


Hunter Overload:

  • Added time-to-meltdown, red warning state after meltdown, heat bar after meltdown
  • Fixed reactor damage appearing on Glaive button
  • Restart now shows as a cooldown
  • Meltdown message text changed from "Reactor Damage" to "Self Damage" to make damage number fit
  • Added "CRITICAL DAMAGE" message on turn before death
  • Tooltip stats fixed not updating, removed damage and self damage from text, added meltdown timer to stats, added shutdown cooldown to stats


Burner:

  • Plasma Stun grenade fixed drawing kunai indicator
  • Primer grenade now draws indicator
  • Primer Stun grenades added an arrow for their direction of motion
  • Primer added target indicator, time-to-target in tooltip


Burner Jettison Fuel Tank:

  • Fixed having 5 tanks
  • Removed first turn showing number of tanks
  • Tooltip stats added explosion damage, burn damage, rearranged
  • Damage increased from 10 to 20
  • Fixed showing wrong tooltip stats

LK v5.09 Just Fixes

GUI:

  • Turn Log, GUI enemy/ability window sizes fixed not properly adjusting
  • Move Scanner, Field of Fire now have hotkey moved to help text
  • Restart, Player buttons button now have tooltip help text
  • GUI menu box made shorter to avoid overlapping with turn log


Menus:

  • Early Access menu improved


Gameplay:

  • Kunai fixed crashing, tooltip now mentions detection
  • Plasma Stun Grenade fixed crashing the game
  • Wraith bomb fixed crashing the game, improved drawing markers, speeds rounded
  • Wraithblade tooltip fixed to show that damage starts as 0, not bonus damage. I don't think this was intended, but it seems like a good idea.

LK v5.08: GUI additions, Story improvements, Fixes

GUI:

  • Hacking window now shows target's portrait, made smaller, pushed out of the way
  • Maniple portraits improved
  • Enemy/Abilities window fixed not being shorter when there is no scroll bar
  • Expansion abilities fixed not having their own portraits
  • GUI top buttons now have "Info" and "GUI" indicators, added Restart button


Story:

  • Campaigns improved dialogue, GUI
  • Cinematics Next button moved to avoid overlapping dialogue, fixed having offset images

LK v5.07 Many, many fixes and improvements

Gameplay:

  • Saviour's Shield Tank fixed only increasing shields for one turn, now triggers Shield Projection
  • Enemy images fixed decreasing kill counter on death
  • Game modes fixed spawning one extra enemy
  • Berserker, Heavy Melee, Enemy VIP fixed crashing the game
  • Infinite Waves mode fixed spawning fewer units when enemy objects are spawned
  • Argent lander now has separate slash and spin damage


Art:

  • Expansion packs, plumes, and other sprites attached to player character being offset
  • Wraith bomb now has a new arrow, text speed now rounded, and markers for positions at each turn


GUI:

  • Saviour Shield GUI ammo now divided by 5
  • Saviour Bomb fixed not updating damage tooltip stats
  • Tooltip titles fixed having diagonal line outside of tooltip box
  • Templar smoke fixed showing duration as ammo
  • Movement out of bounds now has collision text 'Out of Bounds'
  • Terrain collision text removed "ERROR: "
  • Tooltip help text now transparent to distinguish from tooltip text
  • Enemy/Ability window fixed not matching size, fixed skipping the wrong enemies when others were hidden, now show holograms
  • Scroll bar fixed starting on last entry of previous page


Menus:

  • Menu Default game start added
  • Menu buttons that start game now have different button
  • Menu "Normal" button changed to "Set Up Game"

LK v5.06: Big GUI improvements, Abilities Improved

GUI:

  • Tooltips added box for title, help text,
  • GUI ability button connectors fixed overlapping onto wireframe outline, and not connecting additional abilities
  • GUI movement warning text fixed box being too short for sprite, now centered in box
  • Mouse text fixed overlapping mouse cursor
  • Tooltip stats added optional text after value
  • Bottom bar ability messages move to the left to avoid overlapping with other abilities
  • Hunter Booster removed circle on cursor
  • Player movement GUI fixed only showing mouse press animation/text for White One


Wraith EMP Bomb:

  • Movement range now based on mouse distance from trigger range
  • Range decreased to 100 to match animation
  • Fixed drawing electricity hitting targets after charge ran out
  • Moved energy into tooltip stats from tooltip text
  • Added turn on and charge sprites


Story:

  • Godel removed from Reaper mission The End
  • Reaper missions The End and Pursuit fixed using opposite sized enemy base in background, fixed not showing


Gameplay:

  • Knight Reactive Armour fixed not moving with unit when the it had no target
  • Argent dash range increased from 125 to 150

LK v5.05: GUI improvements, Hunter's Booster now explodes

GUI:

  • Hacking window, bomb fixed title text showing wrong
  • Sun and Earth stages now use warning sprite and colour on hazard text
  • Enemy health and ammo bars improved
  • Targeted abilities now have their own cursor


Gameplay:

  • Right clicking to cancel now doesn't start the turn
  • ExpAb Booster now shows where you targeted, what the effect is, can now be re-targeted during the initial targeting turn, and fixed timer not showing properly, and finished ground mode explosive

LK v5.03: Trenches and GUI improvements

Stages:

  • Trenches added to Moon and Base stages
  • Ruins tunnel made entrances darker to make them look more accessible


GUI:

  • GUI movement error text now shows terrain and interaction type
  • GUI movement text now uses small text
  • GUI enemies/abilities box pushed up, now excludes holograms and mines from total enemy count


Menus:

  • Win menu Reaper, White One win sprite added more shadows


Gameplay:

  • Heavy Gunner boss health decreased from 60 to 50
  • Enemy Blaster boss turn speed reduced from 25 to 15
  • Missiles fixed crashing the game

LK V4.12: Reaper story complete

Story:

  • Reaper campaign finished (needs some fine tuning)


Gameplay:

  • Enemies can now move towards the movement area, rather than get stuck if they can't get back in one turn
  • Enemy equipment now requires expansion
  • Enemy images fixed spawning outside of map
  • Enemy abilities fixed crashing the game
  • Small Space Mine and Space Mine fixed not having name/description, crashing the game
  • Knight enemy explosive armour now doesn't require it to be online, fixing explosion weapon being left behind


Stages:

  • Ruins stage added tunnels


GUI:

  • Enemy units box moved down to avoid overlapping menu button
  • GUI fixed trying to draw nonexistent enemy portraits, crashing the game

LK v4.11: Graphics cleaned up, Reaper cinematics added

GUI:

  • Enemy abilities window turned into enemy units list
  • Movement target now changes visuals when you press the button to confirm
  • Input mode 2 fixed not showing mouse movement line, only confirmed movement line
  • Player movement path is now drawn below player
  • Turn log, Move scanner, Hax window visuals improved
  • Pings now draw crosshairs on target


Gameplay:

  • Enemy abilities fixed all having default 10 turn hax decay time
