LK v3.22 Third Story Chapter added (Incomplete)

Story:

  • Tutorial is now displayed by default on mission 1
  • Saviour campaign added, but only the intro cinematic has story

LK v3.21 Minor Updates

GUI:

Multiple Units Mode:

  • Buttons now have their own sprite outline for number

  • Player maniples' health now divided by total maniple number
  • Multiple maniple penalty is now shown on player selection menu

LK v3.20 GUI/art additions

Menus:

  • Maniple blueprints finished
  • Story difficulty box extended to the right to include hard mode changes
  • Station Room added, no functionality yet

  • Station stage added images, decreased parallax to make it look further away

  • Time limit indicator reworked
  • Fixed multiple defeat windows spawning

Lone King v3.19: This time it's finished(?)

Sounds:

  • Hunter added sound effects for ramming hit and kill


Gameplay:

  • Hunter glaive fixed going backwards if target was too close- by giving it a minimum range
  • Fixed enemy units crashing the game when clicking on them


Menus:

  • Equipment Blueprints added for Saviour, Templar, Reaper, Hunter
  • Difficulty menu, health, and turn limit sliders added to story mode options
  • Sliders now show a clearer version of the value in their title


GUI:

  • Story message log fixed not showing when there was only one story message


Story:

  • Wraith last mission fixed ending if one non-boss enemy remains

Lone King v3.17: Game Finished? Need Feedback. Expansion Next.

Gameplay

  • Reaper fixed preventing explosion from being charged


Art

  • Overloader now creates an explosion
  • Added more explosion dissipation animations


Menus:

  • Blueprints added to Library


Other

  • Torni elite heavy gunner named changed to Karalius


A few blueprints need to be added, but everything else that was important is finished. Now I have to decide if multi-unit battles are the best addition to the game, or if I should just add more abilities, getting rid of mouse-only controls.

LK v3.16 Stable and in Need of Feedback

Menus

  • Kuningatar added tactical blinder name, description, and image
  • Difficulty menu passive ability 1 fixed not showing, fixed using White One's ability images, abilities fixed showing on wrong difficulty level, enemy abilities fixed showing wrong amounts


Gameplay

  • Templar smoke cloud now blinds all affected units for 5 turns
  • Tzariach, Teyrn, Torni (boss) now have half lock-on angle
  • Torni's attack now doesn't lock on when firing
  • Move scanner lowest damage fixed showing as 0 when not true


Stages

  • Moon rocks and crater added
  • Satellite tileset shuttle fixed spawning above or below playable area
  • Earth tileset platforms fixed spawning above or below playable area


As far as I know, only minor issues are left to fix. The only features left to implement are a defect for Argent, and to finish multi-unit mode.

LK v3.14 Major Input Changes: Kuningas Hologram Ability; Templar Smoke Fixed

Gameplay:

  • Kuningas added hologram ability
  • Enemy images are now destroyed if detected
  • Burner Tank Jettison ability now shows blast radius when triggering
  • Invincibility cheat added [Page Up]
  • Mouse input now only clicks on one item under it, instead of clicking on any buttons under the mouse. It also prioritises GUI
  • Templar smoke timer increased from 5 to 10, general fixes and GUI improvements


GUI

  • Enemy abilities box moved to top center of screen
  • Windows added a "move" button


Menus

  • Maniple tooltips rewritten
  • Story menu's repair button replaced with toggle button


Please note that the changes made to mouse input are quite significant, so it may have unforeseen consequences. Please let me know if you have any difficulties with clicking on things.

LK v3.13: Fixes, Shotgunner Ability Added

Gameplay:

  • Fixed enemy unit crashes due to visibility
  • Missiles now stop turning if player is invisible
  • Waves and Infinite Waves game modes decreased total enemy units
  • Heavy Gunner now only uses ability when online
  • Plasma Barrier ability added to shotgunner
  • Test Target fixed


GUI:

  • Enemy unit GUI box fixed

LK v3.12 New enemy ability, GUI improvements, fixes

Gameplay:

  • Enemies fixed acquiring terrain as their target, crashing the game
  • Argent Kunai now shows ammo, fixed crashing the game
  • Teyrn now has space mines
  • Arasan's AOE attack now only triggers when it can see the player unit
  • Templar sensor defect now only hides enemies for one turn
  • Explosive barrels fixed crashing the game


GUI:

  • System messages added for non-story alerts
  • Mute button added in-game

Lone King v3.11 Jammer Overload reworked, Hunter fixes, Art fixes

Gameplay:

  • Hunter fixed being able to parry without glaive
  • Hunter Glaive fixed launched message staying shown
  • Hacking fixed not activating
  • Reaper's Jammer Overload fixed and reworked. It now sets a decreasing range beyond which enemies' positions can be seen, but not identified


GUI:

  • Weapon GUI tooltip now shows when any player unit can parry


Art

  • Enemy movement trails fixed not disappearing when not moving
  • Barrel explosion now dissipates instead of disappearing
