Greetings Lords of Rigel! For the first content update in March a requested quality of life feature has been added- an empire outliner in galaxy view.
The outliner provides a list of your colonies, outposts, and fleets. You can pan to the system or fleet, enter planet view, and most importantly you can access the build queue.
The system and planet view sidebars have similarly been adjusted, allowing you to quickly edit the build queues of other occupied planets in either system or planet view.
While the outliner does provide a powerful new tool. the empire menu is still the best way to quickly filter through planets, change focus, and change build queueus.

Lord of Rigel Release 1.05- Galactic Council Decrees
Release 1.05 and Let's Play!
Greetings Lords of Rigel! Release 1.05 includes Galactic Council Decrees. This let's play continues the one from September, with a Katraxi game involving skirmishes with the Tulocks and votes on galactic council decrees.
Release 1.05- Galactic Council Decrees
Council Decrees are active in games with diplomatic victories, elder species, and the Doomsday Clock active. Decrees provide economic sanctions to the faction leading in an economic category (BCs, Food, Industry, Research) and bonuses to other factions. Decrees stay active until a Lord of Rigel is elected, or a new decree is passed or fails a vote. Active decrees also reduce the Doomsday Clock, lowering risk of the last great war breaking out.
This update also includes a community requested color checker in new game that will warn if your faction is too close to an existing one.

What's Next?
The plan moving forward is to focus on performance and AI optimizations. New leaders, events, some technologies, and resources are also still planned over the next six months. We appreciate your continued support of Lord of Rigel. For those who have appreciated the game, please like the game. As can be seen from the updates the past few months, constructive feedback has been helpful for quality of life improvements implemented into the game.
