More content to round out the path to Valuna! This is all LIVE for anyone who has a paid copy of the game. (* ̄3 ̄)╭
Cutscenes that play right after beating Issac are mostly done - includes art, animations, and a new set of FMVs that my artist, Zach drew up!
Valuna has music - both on the world map and in-level. Many thanks to my musican, Shae. :D
Loads of new dialog portraits were added - helping make the characters seem more real.

Minor tweaks galore~!
Howdy! This is just another update from yours truly!
Enemy drops auto pickup! UI portraits are now PIXEL PERFECT! A few rooms had there cameras adjust to help stop a panning bug. Dialog tweaks across the board - more talk of dragons, more romance!

It's been a LONG two months since our last update! Let's get into the bulk of it -
Valuna - a new planet which possesses a magical power to let people discover themselves...
Leto has a new ability - it's called Charge Jumping and let's you double jump as much as you wish!
Tons of plot - the past of aberrations, Leto's past, and even a smidgen of what Gilbert used to be....
BONUS
Tabs has a mane of hair when it's not braided and I think it's great.
Gilbert threatens to pee on things.
Gilbert finds a lap and sleeps in it.
Melody and Kiki cheer Lily up.
Alma is still a good fluffy dragon who deserves PETS(!)
This update will take you until the end of Valuna. After that, the content is unchanged.
Other - there is a ton of unfinished content, but I wanted to get stuff out sooner than later. If missing music and animations don't bother you, you'll still enjoy this update. If not, give me a few more updates - I need to hook up a TON of more things and get loads of art in.

So I managed to cobble it together - the entire game is playable, from start to finish. So you'll 'see' the final boss, see how Alma and Leto met, and be introduced to the rest of the cast of the game.
However - things are rough. We're talking some levels are a flat plain with a few dialog sequences raw. Animations aren't playing, characters act weird, and I noticed a few spelling errors when I was checking it.
BUT
If you love the characters and want to see a rough draft of the final half of the game, you can! It's three additional levels and all the plot needed to get there. Credits and everything play, too, when you 'beat' it.
Feel free to drop me a note in the Discord and let's talk about what you think! I have ideas and know of things that NEED to happen, but I'm open to feedback on what actually happens. :)
Next - content right after you defeat Issac - working on the cutscene for saving a dragon egg, and next level of meeting Scylla.
I'm at the point where I just need to generate content, basically. It's all downhill from here.

P.S. - I'll be increasing the price of the game in a few weeks to reflect the progress I've made, so if you like my game, buy it now! I won't discount it for a long time. :)
Another build set LIVE! Bug fixes, camera tweaks, and one cool animation for Tabris!

Just a slew of fixes and quality across the board -
Tabris has a very nice entering animation when you summon him. >:3
New portraits for Leto, Gilbert, and Kiki! I just got another batch of portraits from the artist of the aberrations trio that will go in next!
Minor things - Second boss has a visual tell, damage font was redone, there was a bug with being in a forced jump state and not being able to wall climb....
Lastly, but most important - For those interested in seeing the "after Issac" boss fight, I added a debug menu command to warp PAST that point! It's rough, but I wanted to make it easier for lore-curious people to see. I plan to finish routing all of this, next!

Bought the game? Well, I released a ton of new content after this weekend of the Let's Play Gaming Convention! It was a great show - I always love being there. :)
THE BIG THING - I took the dialog gate out after the Issac boss fight. You can see content - though it gets rougher instantly - after that fight.This is a sneak peek at the future of the game. I hope you enjoy.
With some imagination, you'll be able to piece together what's going on, as dialog WILL play for the next few scenes you'll see. Scylla gets introduced, Lily gets chocolate, and the final villain of the game is introduced...
I took this out as a fun way for players to see behind the scenes of how I work as a person. I stub it out first via writing, then begin to build more from there - art, mechanics, etc.... when you are done seeing it or don't know how to continue, hit the escape key to leave the game.
OTHER STUFF
NEW PORTRAITS - you'll see some new mugs on these lovable characters...
Dashing looks way cooler
Dialog doesn't break when converting variables like dust on hand
Dialog turns grey and italicized when whispering or thinking.
Dozens of bug fixes, I am sure.

Another 30-45 minutes of content - two days of content on John Mule that sets up the plot, a new level, new characters are introduced, and one new boss fight! It's new art, enemies, writing, testing.... it's very exciting and I hope you enjoy it!
Of course, shout out to my new ANIMATION engine, which is why so many new cutscenes have quirky animations. Alma being cute? That's the new system in place. Coding for cuteness overload.
If you've played the old content and quickly want to get to the new, join the discord and learn about how to access the debug menu.
With a few button presses you can simply warp to the start of the new content. :)
Next - the next few months is going to be a refactor sprint! And unlocking the new few chapters of content. :)

New Alpha Build - Spicy Update at the END OF THE WEEK
SOON! A new load of bug fixes, but I'm content to the point where Spicy Update will be out by the end of the week for ALL users.
Over 45 minutes of content! New characters, a new location, and one spicy boss fight!
Of course, if you want to see the new stuff NOW you can join the Discord and find out the secret debug menu.... I always enjoy folks seeing what I have!
* Issac got his sprites finished, and his AI has been tweaked where he'll always summon lava at least ONCE. And he fires more bullets.
*Lurkers now grab Leto - there's a new popup when it happens so you'll know how to get out of it!
* Lava stage got tweaked a little~
* Tabris will not let you leave the ship until you talk to his daughter. This is appropriate because it's Father's Day. <3
Next - few audio tweaks.. then marketing!
