This is a belated update for the birthday of the developers Andre and Dennis. We hope you have fun with it!
- you can now play as a creature in multiplayer (more about this below)
- you can now change the microphone for voice chat
- creatures now don't need so long to start a hunt or to give evidence (on every difficulty level)
- Revised conclusion after the mission (unnecessary or duplicate information has been removed and you now have a checklist on the left side that shows you which evidence was correct)
- it happened that certain creatures, which can be killed with silver ammo, were immortal, if you had shot them with wrong ammo before
- drops were multiplied

- 4 new creatures added

- The freezing triggered by fear was reduced

Siren
Her chanting can freeze players and then they can't defend themselves against their attacks.
Grieving Gargoyle
It freezes when the lights are on. In the dark, you have to be on your guard.
Wendigo
He takes you to a forest and leaves you there to die. Don't let him kidnap you and try to rescue your teammates once they are kidnapped by killing the Wendigo!
Werewolf
Can only start a hunt in a dark room. When he kills a player the player becomes a werewolf himself (no controlls). The rest of the team now needs to fight more than one werewolf!

Big Creature Update - 1st of April 2023
From the first of April, four more creatures arrive. So far, the hunters do not know which creatures it will be. However, one thing is already certain: all hunters must prepare well for April.
Update 8.9 - small fix update
The new update is out! We hope we were able to fix the translation problem with this update. Please report any other bugs regarding this. The next update will be mainly dedicated to new content
- changed the type of the blood font for the Latainian font
- added more spells for the wall writing
- there were different results in the mission evaluation
- as a medium you were still warned about an upcoming hunt, although the creature was already elemenated
- fixed animations of the spider arachne
- it happened that objects were not visible when thrown on carpets (for example in Trumbo street 13)
Update 8.8.9 - fixes for controller support, statistics and tutorial
We're currently working on the translation issues. You might have seen that sometimes there're language loading errors in the game. With this update we will try to find out why this happens. After this update is published we should know better. We will fix the language loading error in the next couple days. Thank you for your patience! ❤️
- You can rebind keyboard keys again (tell us if you want to have changable controller buttons)
- fixed a bug where notes counted multiple times for the statistics
- fixed the tutorial for those who couldn't skip it

Update 8.8.4 - controller support, statistics and more
The new update is out! Enjoy the new controller support, more stats and much more!
- The game now has gamepad support (tested with XBox controller. In the options menu this control can be switched on and there is also a controlling legend).
- Creatures can now hear the player better
- Added more statistics to the journal (unfortunately the previous statistics had to be reset for this. This does not affect the personal expert statistics)
- the motion detector will beep if it was placed wrongly and therefore does not work properly
- players can now move their heads
- Timing of creature attack reworked
- added more animation for creatures
- added fuse box for bunker alarm (can only be activated by the host)
- AI of creatures reworked (work still in progress)
- EMF should now strike out faster and indicates creature activity (for example: when the creature opens a door, the EMF device strikes out and indicates the door)
- Result at the end of a mission was incorrect
- after dying in a teleport location you were sometimes not teleported back to the house
- after completing a Billy mission, the difficulty level for a normal mission was not reset
- performance optimization for graphics (for example when volumetric light is on) + nicer graphics
- Lamp in Dawsbury estate (basement) disappeared after being turned on
- Doors in bunker corrected
- It sometimes happened that creatures did not attack during a hunt (work still in progress. Please keep reporting if this bug still occurs, as we are still working on the AI)
Update B 8.7 - small update for in between
- Thermometer now has optical and acoustical signals on change (community request) - There is now another page in the journal for more statistics (community request. More statistics will follow)
- Distance to open/close drawers reduced. - Volumetric light is now disabled by default
- Drawers could not always be opened in multiplayer - Fixed bug in general translation process - Shape shifter was sometimes invisible - Network traffic for animations reduced - Billy sometimes denied you jobs. Very mean.
