Hi guys, its Summer now so I'm going to vacations, however I already have a new build almost ready that I will release once I'm back and test it properly.
Most of you who played for a bit have visited the monster ranch.
Right now, it is pretty simple and empty...
Also, if you did enough battles, you probably got those weird items like claws, fur, scales, etc, that no one knows whats their purpose right?
So, how are those two things related?
I'm working on a cool crafting system, that will allow players to use the monster spoils from battle, plus some other items obtained by exploring the game (ore from the mines, flowers from different places, etc).
While most of the system is already implemented in the current version (even though tons of stuff are hidden for now), I will soon start by making more bits and bits of it acessible.
Soon you will be able to:
Tile the ranch fields and plant crops
Harvest herbs and flowers and make potions
Mine ores from the mines and build weapons and acessories
Make fabrics from monster spoils and craft clothes for your character
Leave your own ideas for other stuff that could be added to the crafting system in the comments!
PS: As I said, no updates for 1 week due to my vacations. However I will release a small update today that will fix some text/translations, some maps texture/geometry glitches and replace some music.
About Fire Temple boss crash
If you are having troubles with the Fire Temple boss fight against Kayla, there is a temporary solution:
- Just disable the music in the settings menu. You can enable the music back after the battle is over.
This crash is caused due to problems in the music file for that battle, it seems to be corrupted somehow, I'll replace in next update.
However note that the next patch might take some days, because I'm fixing a difficult bug that causes some monsters to disappear/transform into Pinbugs.

Fixed items that disappear from last slot of inventory

Minimon Update #9 - 15 May
Another patch, just right before the weekend!
Here's the main points:
Fixed cause of 'this game is not smooth' which affected some Windows users
Fixed crash after battles with scripted events (eg: Caktaka battle in desert area)
Properly blocked ledge in first map that caused curious players to get stuck
Update tons of monster sprites
Monsters now are properly removed from map when you withdraw them from the ranch menu
Fixed some translation/text mistakes
Translators can now edit text in-game by pressing Ctrl + mouse click

A smaller patch is now ready, please update if any of those issues affected you.
Added option to disable post-processing effects, for older computers
Fixed crash in character creation when changing mouth type
Fixed crashes that happened when a gamepad is disconnected
Fixed several other small bugs

- Fix for crash when returning to the ranch in the prologue
