Halloween is upon us and to celebrate this we have created a special event for you all to enjoy.
During the 27-31 October the dead will walk the streets of the living.
Each day in a new city, each day with custom new rare and interesting loot for you to beat out of them.

  • Steintroll gate keys can now be bought from the Steintroll vendor once you are in good standings with them, so you don't have to kill their scout to get an extra key.
  • TC Ramps must now be fully built on each tier to actually have ramps.
  • TC Gate doors are now visible cross nodes.
  • Ether momentum now lasts 30 sec instead of 20.
  • Bone, Leather and Wood vendors are now renamed to only Vendor, as they do not sell anything but you can still sell items to them.
  • Guards in Tindrem will no longer attack Skeletons inside the Graveyard.
  • You can no longer block NPC city priests as a ghost.


Fixes:

  • Fixed footstep sounds on Minotaurs
  • Fixed footsteps on all spiders.
  • Fixed a rare character creation crash.
  • Fixed issue with floating ai that spawned high above the ground.
  • Fixed pitch of water animals.
  • Fixed rare glitch that made books instantly read.
  • Fixed glitch that made is so that players could swim and see clearly under water without the underwater post-process.

Added:

  • Added option for spawners to be set as "underground" meaning TS or Player Houses will NOT affect their spawn radius, to prevent TC built on top of underground spawns to stop spawning.
  • Added support for AI carrying weapons when idle.


Changes:

  • Rebuilt and improved the /stuck command. You will now get a hard push in the direction your character is facing to push you out of your stuck location.
  • Improved invasions when they decide to attack a target to have them move to the closest town.
  • AI invasions no longer sends the entire force instead it sends a smaller group of attackers in waves.
  • Removed the 10min cool down on the /stuck command.
  • Improved the Sator dungeons fall through on login safety teleport.
  • Placing Control Towers now uses the "pending building" system to avoid placing them on and inside other objects like houses or TS.
  • Fledglings can no longer interact with siege weapons.
  • Tweaked the Sarducaa fighting pit bosses.

  • Fixed issue where a player that got loaded in would play the last animation.
  • AI that isn't able to damage a player will now move away from it's spot.
  • AI that is inside of the same house as a player can now damage the player.
  • Fixed issue with Cooking Tool icons.
  • Fixed issue with darkness telling you that you took damage from poisonous cloud.
  • Fixed issue with Kau and Mana not correctly calculating when entering/leaving the etherworld.
  • Fixed bug that made it so that the last emote you used would play when you changed equipment.
  • Fixed issue with rings sometimes messing up the attribute point calculation when you login to the game.
  • Fixed a very rare node-crash.
  • Fixed some small glitches in Tindrem Sewers.
  • The Bone Collectors key now works with the chest in the room.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Item Keeper NPC will be removed from the game on the 24th of October.
So from today players have 4 weeks to clear out any items still in his storage.

  • Some AI can now show mercy and not finish you off when you are in mercy mode.
  • Pigs,Scoundrel in sewers in the starting area can now show mercy.
  • Remade parts of the sewers to make it easier for new players to find their way.
  • AI in Tindrem dungeon now patrols a whole lot more instead of standing still in the same place.
  • Decreased the range on the Ai UndeadBreath attack.
  • The Sarducaa Fighting Pit are now a bit more challenging.
  • Improved falling for AI to avoid them falling off the map.
  • Decreased base inactivity timer (for when you first login) from 600 to 120 sec making it easier for people who close the game when in character select to re-enter.
  • The Tindrem sewer spirals are now wider.
  • The Tindrem sewer rooms now have flat floors making it easier for both Ai and players to move around.


Fixes:


  • Fixed AI trying to find ground to stand on and ended up standing on the roof when inside a mesh.
  • Fixed a couple of issues with the 7th pet slot.
  • Fixed issues with underground volumes not correctly turning off the new weather.
  • Fixed better light in sewers.
  • Fixed foot sounds for tribe rats.
  • Fixed tribe rat hit bones.
  • Fixed issue where you would get DC'd for inactivity if you spent too long creating your character.
  • Fixed the Tindrem sewers entrance where you couldn't see the bottom looking down the ladder.
  • Fixed the Tindrem sewers entrance where you would just see a hole when looking up the ladder.
  • Fixed the Tindrem Library stairs that would give you a hard time going up.

Added:

  • Added a new type of Boss spawn in the Sarducaa jungle fighting pit, with a chance for some brand new end boss rewards, such as a new craftable shield, new weapon hilts and a new blade!


Changes:

  • Aloe Vera Gel can now be applied on minor bandages to give them a small extra boost.
  • The skill resting now skills up twice as fast.
  • Breathing Technique skill now skills up twice as fast.
  • Jumping skill now skills up twice as fast.
  • Armor Training is now "Learn by doing"
  • Lowered the armor weight on the low tier armors sold by the starter area Armor Vendors.
  • You can now add several stacks into an extraction machine. The system will queue them up and extract them one at a time.
  • You now climb ladders by pressing the use key on them.
  • You can no longer cast spells while climbing ladders.


Fixes:

  • AI that changes to a weapon attack will now wait for the equip-animation before doing the attack.
  • Fixed Daub and Opus middle roof sections to match the other roof parts.
  • Fixed gates being opened by siege rams so that they stay open for 60 seconds.
  • Fixed patrolling NPC's not reaching the last way point causing all kinds of issues.
  • Improved movement handling when reaching top or bottom of a ladder.
  • Added a tween when entering and leaving a ladder.
  • The camera will now pitch up if you are climbing a ladder up and down if you are climbing down.
  • Fixed issue with pets that got traded that made them follow their old owner.
  • Fixed issue where newly created characters didn't get their max stats calculated correctly visually.
  • Added a secondary check to make sure players don't take fall-damage when moving between continents.

  • Added system to force location updates when changing continents until the world is loaded.
  • Added better handling for ignoring fall damage when switching continents.


Changes:

  • Anatomy skill is now "learn by doing", for example by applying bandages.
  • Athletics skill now skills up twice as fast.
  • Loot dropped while in an arena battle will now be tagged as arena loot and can not be looted by anyone but it's original owner.
  • Improved location updates when switching continent.
  • Improved the screen fade when crossing continents to have it better match with the streaming.


Fixes:

  • Fixed black clothing in character-creation.
  • Fixed an issue where TC gates that were set to be closed could be opened anyway.
  • Weapon crafting handles and blades UI is now sort by name instead of skill name.
  • Fixed an issue when crashing while going over the bridge could place you in a really odd place.
  • Fixed an issue where crashing while moving to another continent could place you in a zone that was invalid causing the system to panic and move you to a random city starting point.
  • Fixed the Ai UndeadTouchAoE attack so that Ai won't use it on targets that cant be reached.
  • Fixed the Minotaur Chieftain weapon.
