  • Added the changelog button to the main menu

  • Characters who were killed during the campaign are now unavailable in single missions and hidden in the squad management screen
  • Improved the character and weapon type skill tooltips to include the effects of the next levels
  • Improved the order in which rewards are displayed
  • Hide the whole weapon XP UI when no weapon is assigned to the character
  • Moved the character skills UI up in the setup screen
  • Regrouped the skirmish, challenge and generated missions under the single missions menu
  • Removed the sniping spots from the missions of the first 3 campaign chapters

Reminder: switching to the test branch



In the Steam client, right-click on the game from your library and select "Properties".
Select the "BETAS" tab.
Select the "test" branch listed in the dropdown menu under "Select the beta you would like to opt into".



The game then should automatically update to the test version.

To switch back to the public branch, just select "None" in the betas dropdown.

New Roguelike Campaign



  • Your squad now starts with 2 members
  • The credits system has been removed; weapons, grenades and shields are now gained by completing specific campaign missions
  • Weapon attachments are now free once unlocked
  • Removed the campaign fatigue mechanic
  • Characters now automatically heal between campaign missions (20% by default, the Medic skill can improve it)
  • All progress, including the gained equipment and the XP earned, is now reset when restarting a campaign chapter
  • Skills now use character XP earned in campaign missions instead of credits (character XP bonus = score / team size)
  • Changed the weapon/type XP formula (weapon XP = score x accuracy x bursts fired / total bursts)
  • Permadeath is now unlocked and on by default
  • The armory (previously called "shop") is now only available for squads with the "Guns, Lots of Guns" option

  • Improved the score formulas to avoid negative scores and increase the average score
  • Added more detailed character stats in the game over panel (damage taken, xp bonuses)
  • The muzzle flash is now hidden on silenced weapons

  • Reduced the accuracy malus on a running target (makes melee enemies easier to kill)

  • The shock grenade explosion isn't blocked by furniture anymore
