Quality of Life Improvements (cont.)
We've continued our work Quality of Life Improvements - here are the highlights!
Ranged Combat
Ranged Combatants will now approach nearby ledges if it gives them an angle on an Enemy they want to target below. All Mortals will use improved logic to decide when to use their Ranged weapon.
Defenders confirm before Jumping from the Walls!
Ranged Defenders will no longer switch to their Melee weapon and Jump down to defend. "Go To" or "Attack" orders that will cause a Defending (or Holding) Mortal to Traverse (Climb Up, Mantle, Jump Down, etc.) will now pop up a Context menu for confirmation.
Overzealous Wall Jumpers had plagued many a Kontra.
Auto Junk v2
Auto Junk will automatically Junk Gear below a certain value threshold. Junked gear is only stored on Stockpiles or Shelves that allow Junk. Use this to lower the priority of storing that scuffed Raider Gear or prevent your people from storing it altogether. It's also easy to filter Junk in or out when Trading or giving out Belongings.
Now, the Auto Junk system will now respect any Manual Junking you do. Use this to opt out of Auto Junking for that low value item with great buffs or use it to get those garbage Steel Pauldrons out of your sight!
Tailgating through Locked Doors
Friendlies will now respect the Rules you put in place on your Door Locks. Nobles, Serfs, Prisoners and Visitors (and their Tames) will no longer Tailgate through an open door that doesn't allow them.
NOTE: Visitors will still Tailgate (and Bash) doors that are blocking them from leaving.
The Tool Button
We added a Tool button that will activate the appropriate Tool when you have a Prop, Digging Command, or Terraforming Command selected.

Food Balance
We resolved a number of Food related issues that the more difficult Survival mechanics exposed.
We fixed a bug that caused Raw Meat to start at half Durability. Your Kingdom now bring a few Drinks with them to bridge the gap until they can Trade. You start with more Corn Seeds. Farming now produces more consistent results and higher Nutritional Yields.
Inherited Storage, Temperature, and Lighting Settings
Shelves, Lights, and Temperature Props will now inherit the settings of an appropriate Prop that they're replacing. In addition, the Storage Copy and Paste function now includes the Priority and Junk flags.
Raids
Raids now end when the Enemies disengage.
