[Patch Note] 0.16 - System Improvements and Adding Effects

As we develop the upcoming region of Harbor Town, we have also worked on improving various systems and addressing many of the requests that we have received from our players.

System
The quest tracking method has been changed. Instead of creating arrow signboards at the exits, the target location of the quest being tracked is displayed on the map. (Some quests and hidden quests are not displayed.)
Regardless of whether the quest is being tracked or not, you can check the target location of the quest in the quest window.
When selecting two or more items such as cooking or exhibiting, you can now select multiple items.
The key configuration layout has been modified, and you can assign mouse buttons on PC.
NPCs that give important quests such as becoming friends display a special icon.
Contents
When encountering trash monsters in the field, they are now spawned after a warning effect appears.
The range of the explosion of spore monster is now displayed before it explodes.
The customization area of the hero's house has been expanded to a more circular shape. In a future update for the Harbor Town, there will be an added feature to change the floor texture.
The images of objects blocking the way to areas still under development have been separated from regular rocks.
Additional dialogue has been added for the monkey at the construction site.
The width of the bridge in the ruins has been widened.
The camera glitch in certain parts of the Moon Forest map has been fixed.
The description of the 'Welding Hat' has been corrected.
Bugs
The issue where the quest related to 'Watermelon Chafer' was not properly counting has been resolved.
The recipe for 'Healthy Roasted Prickly Pear' in the adventure diary has been corrected.
Additional dialogue has been added for NPCs who did not have any dialogue after completing their quests.
[Harbor Town] Dev Log 2 - Drill Hat
Hello! ːsteamhappyː This is the second development journal for Harbor Town.
Today, we would like to introduce the "Drill Hat" which will play an important role in the upcoming update.
The drill hat is a special hat that can be obtained from the pottery craftsman in the Harbor Town.
You can dig up soil in most areas except indoors, and this allows you to obtain different colors of clay, as well as small items such as leaves, stones, and seeds depending on the region.
The colored clays obtained through the drill hat are used when making pottery in the pottery workshop in Harbor Town. We will introduce more details about the pottery content in the next development log!
The Drill Hat can also be used in the treasure hunting content, where you can use treasure maps and rumors to find buried items. Through treasure hunting, you can obtain valuable items or use them to create keys to enter hidden dungeons, among other ways it will be used. We are developing it to be used in various ways.

[Harbor Town] Dev Log 1 - Major Buildings

We are currently working on the development of our next content update while exploring various ways to improve the convenience features within the game. Today, we would like to introduce some of the major buildings in the upcoming 'Harbor Town' area.
Harbor Town Entrance
If you follow the central forest southward, you will find a path leading to the Harbor Town entrance. Unlike the bustling Harbor Town where many people live, the atmosphere at the entrance is relatively calm.
SoongSoong Express Headquarters
Next to the bridge leading to the Harbor Town is the SoongSoong Express headquarters building. Unlike the Sun Village monkeys who live traditionally, following the "capitalistic nature" the employees of SoongSoong Express provide balloon transport services from all over the world to improve their reputation.
Who works at SoongSoong Express headquarters and what kind of interesting things can be found there?
Harbor Town
The Harbor Town is a major city located in the southern part of the world. Various NPCs gather here and carry out economic activities in places such as a museum, restaurant, antique shop, and workshop.
Museum and Fountain
The museum was built to inform the world about everything when a hero appeared to save it someday. Located in the center of the Harbor Town and accessible via a tunnel beneath the hero's basement, the museum is unknown to the villagers because the museum director, Gogo, has left it unattended for a long time.
In addition, there is a fountain, a famous landmark of Harbor Town, located in front of the museum. It is said that if you throw a coin into the fountain and make a wish, something good will happen.
Gordon and Olive's Restaurant
Gordon and Olive's restaurant, where you might have met them in the northern part of the world, is located here in the Harbor Town. Will the staff be able to run the restaurant well while the chef is away?
Cargo Ship
The reason why Harbor Town's commerce is so active is because of the ships that enable trade with other continents. Although the crew has already been through many battles, there may be a place where Baby Ogu's help is needed.
The content we introduced today is only a small part of the Harbor Town, and new characters and quest lines, as well as systems that interact with existing areas, are being prepared.
Fully compatible with Steam Deck!
We have fixed the cutscene playback and screen ratio issues on Steam Deck, and it is now marked as 'Verified.'

[Patch Note] 0.15 - Improved Controller and Cooking Judgement.
Controller
We improved the overall controller input system in the game, so you can now use Xbox wireless controllers properly on Mac OS.
Content
We have improved the accuracy of the cooking mini-game judgment, and added feedback for miss judgments.
We added an effect that shows which key to tap when Baby Ogo's movement is restricted.
We added emphasis to the tutorial for the first Shungshung Express ride.
The field of view during the 'Hero's Guard' battle has been slightly widened.
The merchant in the Jungle Outskirt now sells Antidotes.
[Patch Note] 0.144 - Steam Deck Support & Bug Fixes

We are currently working on Steam Deck compatibility and addressing controller issues that have been reported on Mac OS. Also, we have fixed some bugs that were reported while working on the upcoming content in the Harbor Town.

Steam Deck Compatibility
Fixed UI cut-off issues on 16:10 resolutions.
Fixed cutscene video output on Linux environments.
Controller
Improving the overall controller input system in-game to address issues with using the Xbox wireless controller on Mac OS.
Content
Reduced the sound of the waterfall object in the hero's house decoration.
Added dialogue after completing Gordon's quest.
Bugs
Fixed a bug that occurred when using the fast move function with the mouse.
Fixed a bug where the sound effect of the jelly bomb hat was not connected to the audio settings.
Fixed a bug where players could exit the map outside of the ruins entrance.
Starting next week, we will introduce one by one the new content that will be added to the upcoming update area, the Harbor Town, which we hope you will find interesting.

[Patch Note] 0.143 - Quick Travel & System Improvements
Hi, all! ːsteamhappyː Thank you to everyone who plays Ogu and the Secret Forest.
Based on feedback received through Discord and the Steam community, we have added various convenience features and fixed several bugs.

Content & System
If you have visited the Hero's House and the Museum, you can now use the Soongsoong Balloon and Soongsoong Express to travel directly to those locations.
The invincibility time after being hit has been increased from 0.1 seconds of knockback and 0.3 seconds of invincibility to 0.15 seconds of knockback and 0.35 seconds of invincibility, and the visual effects have been adjusted accordingly.
The judgment timing for the cooking mini-game has been changed from when the key is released to when it is pressed, and visual effects have been added to each note.
The graphics of the Flower Hat+ have been changed.
Added the instruction of jelly bomb in the light laboratory.
Shortcuts at the following locations now remain fixed after moving through them.
Fixed an issue where data becomes unrecoverable when the game forcibly shuts down.
With the exception of some hats, hat special abilities are now triggered when the button is pressed, rather than when it's released.
The visual effects of critical hits have been reduced.
Bugs
Fixed an issue where players could move to the hot spring cliff area of the Adventurer's Camp.
Fixed an issue where players could move to certain cliff areas at the Bat's mountain.
Fixed an issue where players could move to the Eastern Canyon dungeon gate even when it was closed.
Fixed an issue that occurred when upgrading the flower hat before becoming friends with the Orang.
Fixed an issue where players could use dance abnormally when moving between maps.
Fixed an issue regarding the resolution that is higher than QHD.
Fixed an issue that a system message appears when clicking the fishing button after using all the fish baits.

'Heart of the World' map has been reworked, roll can be used without moving, and sector names are displayed when moving to another sector.
