Thank you to everyone that contributed over the weekend.
Patches will now go back to being on a schedule. They will now be every Friday night or Saturday morning. If there is a week missed. It just means I'm not finished working on something.

Auto Save now saves every minute.
Adjustments made to the menu settings tab. (Back button now requires UI click not keyboard press)
FPS view adjusted (Pulls character mesh forward and makes it transparent)

Changed the keybind for Inventory to I instead of Tab. This was so it wouldn't mess your game up by opening steam overlay.

Day and night length doubled
Drinking from a water source now restores 10x the amount of thirst.
Resources now take much longer to respawn.
Storage container weight no longer replicates to inventory weight.

Alpha Patch 0.8



This patch is a complete rebuild of the entire game in a new engine. There are some features lost to the old build. However this version runs way better and is a much better base to build from.

Game now uses unreal engine.
Game now uses c++. (Allows me to add all the steam stuff like controller support in)
Game now uses third person view and first person (mix of over the shoulder and closer when aiming weapons)
Armor equipping system.
Inventory now uses item slots.
Backpack System.
Notifications system.
Modify weapons System.
Ai spawners no longer follow player. But are in set places.
In game Hud except for stats and hot bar can be moved around screen.
You can no choose borderless, full screen, Windowed mode.
Game autosaves every 5 minutes, Leaving the main menu auto loads last save.
Object snapping added to make the game easier to play.
Changing resolution works properly now.
Game now uses 64 bit for faster smoother gameplay.
Buttons Added to main menu that will take you to Wafflesoft's; Trello, twitter and Facebook.
Player Kill zones added to the edges of the map and under the map. (If you fall through the map you will simply die and respawn)
Drop loot system (So that you can return to your body and get your stuff back)
Crafting is now done in multiple ways;
Hammer Upgrades or destroy Building
Blueprint allow building crafting
Craft bench required for some items
Cooking system added
Furnace system added
Opening Inventory exposes Crafting that doesn't require the other methods.
Craft wait time and que system added.
Enemies now use hitboxes and will assign damage based on where they were hit.
Enemies will now agro by sight check on the player and warn nearby enemies within range.
Lighting and shadows are now Dynamic and will adjust to sun position.

Quick Patch

An emergency quick patch was just uploaded. This was to fix some stuff that broke and made the game unplayable from this morning's patch.
The game should run perfectly for everyone now. And the File size should be smaller as well. The game should be under 1gb of used storage space now.
I apologise to everybody for the inconvenience of not being able to play the game for the duration of this morning.

Notes
If you are still experiencing poor frame rate water reflections is the main culprit. So just adjust your water quality in the menu.
