Hey guys,

please note that because of the rework of the world generator that all existing worlds will become visually corrupt like an earthquake hit it. This doesn't stop you from continuing playing on the old worlds though. Just explore new areas and the new world generator should kick in. We do know that this can be pretty frustrating, but it was a change needed to happen.

The benefit of this is that the overall world generation got a lot faster, rivers can flow into the ocean, beaches look more awesome and the ocean got plants and underwater prefabs. And maybe this is a good time to start a new world and enjoy how overall noisier the world got :)

Please note that we have discovered a critical bug that affects all discovered villages and caused Bob to not being able to construct houses in these.
This bug is fixed in this update but it affects how Bob buils houses in existing villages.
Sadly there is no option to fix discovered villages, so the workaround is to discover new villages or create a new world.
But there is also good news for these villages: Bobs houses will be build instantly!

We plan to further rework the villages in the future to have a more structured codebase and to prepare them for more features to come.

Developer note regarding future updates

Unfortunately we have to tell you that our lead developer will write his master thesis from now on. For this reason further development will be slower than usual. But we promise you that he will come back after finishing his thesis as we still have big plans.

In the last two months we worked hard on qb. Our 3rd person camera is already finished and riding works quite well. Also a lot has happened in the background. We recently completed our new entity syncronization system which allows us to transfer entity data more effectively and efficiently. But there is still a lot of work to be done on the animations before we can release these features.

We thank you all for your feedback. Especially the user Mr.MittenKitten who has given us some interesting points that will contribute to the improvement of qb. Everyone is invited to give us feedback and report new ideas or problems in our forum.
