2 new race tracks added; Möbius Delta and Dead Zone Alpha
2 new music tracks added; Buzzooka and Rush by LabGrownMusic and Dan Page to accompany the new race tracks
Multi-player lobby text chat; settle rivalries from the last race, or apologise for that particularly nasty bit of racing or just get the banter going (non-VR/VR modes supported)
Track selection screen now shows first iteration of the track layout overlay
Change your race craft from the race lobby; no more going back to the main menu screen!
Split times; now you can see how far ahead, or behind, you are
Changes to race track names: Asteroid Sprint is now Möbius Alpha, Dead Zone is now Dead Zone Delta, Processing Plant is now Processing Plant Delta. Alpha = Short, Theta = Medium, Delta = Long
Volume levels and controls customisable in race lobby
Various fixes, tweaks and improvements to multi-player, game code and engine stability
We hope you enjoy the new additions and changes. The next update will be coming in a few weeks to add more race tracks, more music tracks and possibly the following features: Speed classes, player ranking, leaderboards and more tweaks to the game mechanics.

First Look at 3rd-Person Camera View
Hello everyone
We've published a gameplay video looking at the very early implementation of the 3rd-person camera angle that will be introduced with Update#1 very soon!
There's still a lot to tweak and add of course but thought you would want to see the progress being made ^_^
Check out the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPQnqJ8UsvU
Also note, the current speed will be the slowest speed class overall once we have implemented different ship classes.
More soon!
Dev Update #3
Hello everyone
Time for another dev update!
We have been working hard in the background on planning out the rest of the development of the game to finish it and bring us out of Steam Early Access into a Full Release v1.0 (as well as many other things, more later).
We are now aiming for a monthly main build update cycle, with the 1st major update towards the end of Feb, the 2nd at the end of March and the 3rd at the end of April. Each release will come with two new tracks at least and new features to make the game more fun, add replayability, player progression and much more. We are then expecting to come out of Steam Early Access early/mid-May, depending upon how many issues crop up between now and then that need addressing.
We should have some exciting news regarding hardware partnerships and events throughout 2015, which we will hopefully be able to reveal from next week onwards!
In the meantime, check out the press, news and coverage round-up we've published over on our official website: http://radial-g.com/?p=674 and don't forget to leave a review if you haven't and encourage Steam Curators to vouch for us to help spread the word!

Dev Update #2
Hey everybody,
Happy new year to you all, hope you all had lovely holiday breaks?
We're back at work and cracking on now with development. We aren't ready to pin down exactly when the next big update will drop but here's some of the areas we are currently looking at:
- Integration of the single player demo environment into the game, with new tracks to race on, acting as a gentler, tutorial type area (no splits!)
- Integration of a 3rd-person camera viewpoint for the non-VR players
- Integration of leaderboards to track your best lap times across; compare against the global race base and friends
- Increased control over graphics options to tweak settings for optimal performance
- Increased controller support - see this thread and leave feedback about what works for you currently and what doesn't: http://steamcommunity.com/app/330770/discussions/0/627456486421043731/
- Player progression and levelling up through earning XP from races
- Tweaks to ship handling and inertia on-track
- Tammeka-hosted multi-player lobbies for each region to join
Don't forget to join the event and us racing with PureVR on Jan 17th (times TBC - they are US-based so expect us to be up late at night for this!): http://steamcommunity.com/games/330770/announcements/detail/239022155181870577
Race safe and have fun!

Dev Update #1
Greetings test pilots!
This is the first of what will be regular dev updates to keep you informed of what we are working on and when you can expect to see more content and features added to the Steam Early Access version.
It's been a week since launch and overall we are really happy with the performance of the game so far and really excited to see you jumping on-board and getting involved with development. We've had some great ideas posted and will work these into our development plans moving forward. Keep them coming!
We've released a couple of updates to the game since launch, adding DirectX 11 support, implementing the latest Oculus VR SDK, fixing some minor bugs and tweaking the multi-player code to make it smoother for everyone.
The next big update will come in January, since the team will be taking some well-deserved time out over the holiday period. That doesn't mean work stops completely though and we'll still be monitoring the discussion threads, setting up "Race Against the Devs" multi-player sessions (follow us on Twitter to find out when they occur: @Radial_G) and working in the background to determine the final update details for the January build.
We'll reveal the full details soon but be assured that we are listening to what is most important to you, as well as working on bringing the single player environment over to the Steam Early Access version, updated with all the new features and multi-player support!
We hope you have enjoyed your experience of Radial-G : Racing Revolved so far and will continue to help us spread the word and increase our reach. Remember, you don't need an Oculus Rift to play!
Happy Holidays!
~The Tammeka Team
