Implemented fixes for the Turn Bug: -Remove the extra phase spheres attached to the players off hand -Remove the feature that jumps the timer to '10' seconds if the player runs out of attacks during their turn.
-Increased the turn timer to '90' seconds -Reduce volume of the fireworks after the match is over -Demon Maggot has more attack and defense -Based on tester feedback the UI has changes made to match the sci fi intended theme more -New texture for the 'How to Play' board -Added 'How to Play' text to the Main Menu room -The multiplayer spheres functions have been added to the multiplayer UI above it. This is the start of the new multiplayer feature that will allow for players to create their own private rooms.
Bug Fix + New Demon Maggot

Insectobot Update

-New Monster: "Insectobot - MC10" Microscopic bug like robot. It can enter any organic or mechanical body and take control of it. Its wings can fold out to become bigger and wrap around itself like a shield.
- Removed draw sphere over deck. Player can now draw a card by clicking on the deck directly.
- Added geometry to help the player notice the card previewer feature
Bug Fixes:
- Red player will not draw an extra card anymore
- Red players target highlights when hovered on
-Fixed a bug that when summoning a sacrifice monster it would disappear for the opponent
-Fixed a bug that would make cards un-playable if spammed after a tribute summon
This update includes various bug fixes for multiplayer as well as new art, audio, and monster card.
Art: - Added lighting for main menu room and battle room.
- New assets and textures in main menu and battle rooms.
- Turn Lights added on top of player consoles. These help players know whose turn it is.
- Added new VFX to monsters, spells, and environment
Audio:
- Monsters now play their audio when they attack.
- New music for both rooms.
- New sounds for playing a card, destroying a monster, or when an attack fails.
- More recognizable sound when a phase changes.
Cards:
-New Monster: Scorpion Man. A genetically mutated man who been turned into a scorpion hybrid who requires a special mask to survive.
Known Bugs:
- Exit sphere in battle room doesn’t work.
- VFX not showing up for opponents in multiplayer.
- If a sacrifice monster is played directly on top of another monster there can be errors in multiplayer. To avoid this play the sacrifice card in an empty monster slot.
New Spell Cards
2/14/2019 edit:
-Fix the Power Swap spell so that it is now properly swapping the monsters stats back to normal at the end of the turn

Three new spell cards have been added to the game:
-“Intimidation” - Force Change a monster from Attack Position into Defense Position
-“Stop Resisting” - Force Change a monster from Defense Position into Attack Position
-“Power Swap” - Swap a monsters attack and defense stats until the end of a turn
These spells add a lot of strategy and balance to the deck!
Spells also have their functionality changed when used on face down cards. Now old and new spell cards will flip over face down cards when used on them, adding a lot of risk/reward when theyre used.
The "Land Mine" trap card has been changed from destroying a spawned monster with <1500 attack to destroying a monster with >1500 attack, so think carefully and be cautious getting your strongest monsters out onto the field!
Known Issues: Power Swap's affect is permanent at the moment
Were back with our first update for the new year! This one incorporates functioning visual FX which we have wanted to get in for a long time. We have plans for many more and the ones we have now really help bring life to the battles, along with giving visual feedback to the player about what is happening in game.
The cards that now have VFX are:
-"Attack/Defense up": A green burst shows up around the effected monster
-"Attack down" : A red burst shows up around the effected monster
-"Reborn": Yellow rings display that the monster was brought back from the graveyard
-"Flamethrower Beetle": Fire shoots out of the beetle when it attacks
-"Lightning Beetle": Lightning shoots out of the beetle when it attacks
-"Blue Moon": A bright blue light raises to the sky
-"Lightning Strike": A storm cloud appears above the enemy player and they are struck by lightning
To prevent confusion the "Attack down" card has new artwork that reduces the possibility of players using it on the wrong monster.
A new monster has been added to the decks: "Vengeful Bodyguard" a powerful 4-skull monster with an intimidating presense and robotic heart!
