Healing Ability Changes
Healing Dart – energy cost increased to (35, 38, 41, 44, 47) was (25 all tiers)
Healing Beacon – energy cost increased to 32 (was 25). Cooldown now starts AFTER duration ends. Duration flattened to 10 seconds (was 8 to 12 seconds). Healing amount per second lowered to (25, 40, 55, 70, 85)
Healing Burst – cooldown increased to 12 seconds (was 10)
The core now deals 10% Max HP instead of flat 100 damage per attack.
Blinded status is now affected by Control Resistance
Halberd Burst Rifle – Reduced burst delay to .08s from .1s reduced Rate of Fire by 10 rpm (less time between rounds during burst but more time between bursts)
Nanoweave – New passive: Up to 25% extra health.
Nanowevae - Cost increased to (400, 500, 600, 700, 800) from (300, 400, 500, 600, 700)
Reflective Armor – Max health passive removed.
Reflective Armor - Cost decreased to (700, 800, 900, 1000, 1000) from (800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200)
