Hard mode creature variety
We've added a lot of new creatures to the Hard difficulty! We will be doing ongoing balance while it's in Beta. This is a first pass and a pretty significant change so we're interested to hear how you go with it.

Beta update 1.2.05b
This is a big one, and includes a lot of new content to test before our next major update!
For this Beta we've replaced the previous set of Beta items with the latest ones, so players have more access to the newest content in the game. This will help us identify bugs and give you all a chance to try them more frequently.
One of the big reworks coming is turning Light Damage into Petrify, and this update includes that change in its work-in-progress form. Petrify is similar to damage, except it reduces max health instead of current health. This will be more significant as more content is added, but helps us distinguish the status effect from being true damage (like Soul Damage).
We've also reworked Double Candle and Dark Stone to be more unique, and Double Candle now lets you choose a common starting item!
Another big addition for testing is Player Statistics page, located in Collection. Some of these statistics have been tracked previously and others are new.
More details will come with the full release of this content, for now it's ready in the PC Beta and we hope you enjoy!

Minor update:
Bug fix for some button and speech text not appearing correctly. Thank you to everyone who reported this, we started looking into it as soon as we heard.
This is a very minor patch, but for a developer update: We're working on a lot of new content, including some new special rooms which we hope to add to the Beta branch soon. It's been a long time since we've added new rooms so this should be interesting :)

Build notes 1.2.04f2 - Minor bugfix
Minor patch: Fix for a hidden achievement (Finish the game with Spoon) being awarded when it shouldn't have been. This bug didn't unlock the related item, only the achievement. Completing the achievement will unlock the item.
