The long-awaited Early Access update 0.20 for Sigma Theory is now available on Steam.
The first Story Mode campaign is now playable and adds a whole new storyline to the base game with interactive dialogues involving new characters. Depending on your decisions, you will discover different endings, each unlocking a new recruitable agent.
In this campaign, several sources indicate that someone wants the President of the United States out of the equation. It's up to you to find which organization is behind this and decide if you want to stop it or take advantage of the situation.
We'll continue to create new Story Mode campaigns in the future. We need your feedback on this one to know if we are on the right track.
A new batch of influencers has joined Domingo into the Sigma Division. Please welcome Alex the Rambler, At0mium, Morrigh4n and Aiekillu. Find out how to unlock them in-game to play with your favorite Streamers!
Our 3D artists are progressively creating new unique buildings to populate the exfiltration cities and make it more immersive and exciting. In this update, Japan, India and UK got some architectural love.

Announcing Out There: Oceans of Time
We're proud to announce the sequel of our award-winning, half-million selling space exploration game Out There: Ω Edition.
OT: Oceans of Time is more than a sequel though. While it keeps the core mechanics of the original game (roguelike, resource management and interactive fiction), it delivers them in a much more ambitious manner and will offer completely new features.
As you can see in the teaser trailer, the game is going full 3D with a hand-painted art style. It is the studio's most ambitious project yet and we're pretty excited! Thanks to our publisher Modern Wolf for supporting us in this crazy adventure.
Out There: Oceans of Time is planned to release on PC, mobile and consoles.

Early Access Update 0.19
Dear agents, please welcome update 0.19 !
This is a minor update meant to fix remnant bugs and prepare the field for the next ones. The infamous ‘drug’ event has been fixed and we’ve added a neat ‘Team Snapshot’ when the game ends.
What’s up next
In parallel to this update, we’ve made tremendous progress on the bigger things. In September, we’ll deploy the biggest update ever including the first Story Mode, a bunch of new characters and a whole lot more improvements.

Dear agents, here comes update 0.18 - packed with pretty cool stuff! Spouse mechanic rework, new hacking UI, Steam Workshop integration and a couple new characters.

Steam Workshop
Agent creation You can now create the agents of your dreams! With the simple in-game tools, you can create and share original characters in minutes. Everything is customizable: traits, origin, portrait...
Custom localization If you feel like localizing the game in your own language, it is now possible via the in-game tools or a simple CSV file for easy team work. Feel free to share your localization to the Steam community via the workshop!
We’ll improve the UI and add new features progressively.
Spouse mechanics rework
The spouse mechanics was one of the weakest feature at launch and it was one of the most requested change from the community. We’ve worked hard since then to make this feature more relevant and challenging. We can’t wait to have your feedback on this.
New characters
New agent : Domingo
As an e-sport champion with numerous international awards, PAB12 is an enigma: no one knows his real identity. He is young, talented, and already famous. His anonymity is partly explained by his secret activities: addicted to the intensity of e-sport, he began to participate in clandestine competitions as well as illegal poker tournaments. As a result, while in mafia circles, he discovered the trafficking of humans, animals, weapons and drugs, activities that he decided to fight personally, less out of a spirit of justice than out of a search for the excitement of putting his life on the line. An excellent knife fighter, it was mainly through hacking and cunning that he succeeded in placing the police on the path of the traffickers, as in a strategy game. With his modern and complete vision of the world, PAB12 is an agent with undeniable potential.

Sigma Theory Early Access Update 0.17
Dear agents, please welcome update 0.17! This update brings a new game mode and makes the end game more challenging with the end game balancing. The UI got some polish here and there for your convenience. And, of course, more bugs have been fixed.
Custom Mode
When starting a new game, you can now choose between ‘Classic’ or ‘Custom’ mode. Custom mode lets you tweak game mechanics to fit your needs. We’ve created some presets you can start off with : ‘Easy’, ‘Normal’ and ‘Hard’. Leaderboards, achievements and agent unlock are disabled when playing a custom game.
If you have some suggestions about options that could be added, please let us know!
End game balancing
To make the end game more challenging, the AIs will now be able to develop the Sigma project as well. So you’ll have to be more aggressive and disrupt your opponents research if you want to win the technological race. Good luck with that!
What’s up next
Modding tools (via Steam Workshop) are taking life slowly and we hope to have a first iteration for you in the next update. We are firstly aiming at localization tools and character creation (agents and diplomats).
Spouse mechanics rework and new scoring system are also on the way.

Sigma Theory Early Access update 0.16.4
Dear agents, here’s update 0.16.4, where we’ve fixed most of the request from the community plus wide range of more subtle bugs. We’re very happy to see the list of showstoppers decreasing dramatically, which means we’ll be able to focus more on new content and features in the next updates.
New content Speaking of new content, we have added a new and mysterious agent that will appear in-game if specific events are triggered. One thing we can tell is that this agent will never let you down and it might become your best friend.
Quality of life We've fixed the last (hopefully) UI related glitches and freezes. The game should be hassle free from now on! Also, language settings won't set back to default anymore.
What's up next? We’ve made good progress on the first ‘Story Mode’. So here’s a bit more info about it!
Each Story Mode will have a unique storyline with missions and dialogues involving new and unique characters with multiple endings. Each ending will unlock a specific character from the Story Mode for recruitment.
Needless to say we can’t wait to share the first ‘Story Mode’ with you! But you'll have to wait a few more weeks before experiencing it!

Dear agents, here’s update 0.16.3, featuring balancing, bug fixing and community requested changes (and a bit of eye candy too).
Gameplay/Balancing In this update, we continued our effort to balance the Diplomacy, and make it less easier to acquire scientists. Our goal is to progrssively move the meta toward the exfiltration as the main solution to get scientists as it was originally intended. This will ramp up the overall difficulty of the game and make Strength based agents more useful. We will listen to your feedback and continue to tweak the diplomacy mechanics in future updates if needed.
Graphics Each country now has a unique color flavors during exfiltrations to add variety.
We’ve also added new and shiny Soviet buildings that you’ll discover during your missions in Russia.
Quality of life As widely requested, there is now an option to skip the dialogue animations entirely.
For exotic resolutions, you can now resize the game window to fit your screen accordingly.
