Patch Notes:
*) Dev only option in fly mission now lets you primitively shoot lasers, collide off enemy drones and they drop scrap (not collectable ATM)
*) Two types of ship flying: Aerodynamic in Nebula (like WW2 fighter pilots), and SpaceDynamics like Vector Velocities.
*) Highlighting buildings/ships more cerebral. Somewhere along the line a bug came in stopping easy selection of buildings. Fixed.
*) Bodega auto rewards most days ->Meant to be cool when loading up, needs a bit more polished to be cool. ->You still get rewards
*) Almost fixed bug selecting ships after mission, its a bit better but not as good. If you can't select ships after mission, just escape out and come back in, it's on the block
*) Collision off stuff works way better.

I'm a minimum 20 hours out before the MMORPG engine test in the MOBA.
Two days ago I got the 'Rona likely. I had cold hands/feet, chills, aches, headache. Came down with it same time a guy who went to a New Years family party also did. I laid in bed for 30 hours which was nice because I had insomnia for like 8 months... So long story short, Coronavirus actually had me feel in better health after I got it.

Today I did some consulting for a major tech company. They're aware that I know stuff that like no major tech companies do and it is very important so it was a good talk.
Don't think this MMORPG it will be built in a day, but two days and maybe so.
Once the engine is out, we stress test it for 2 weeks while I add MMORPG content design/develop side.

Server fixed, health fixed, and mass coding in the fixin
Hello,
Sorry about denying you the ability to upgrade your ships for a while. Turns out I was sending over too much data to the client. Fortunately the server is robust and no data corrupted, so no roll backs on bases. Ships can now be upgraded.
My health is pretty awesome now. 4 days no mass exercise or pain in the hands/feet. It was a combination of allergens in scents in my laundry detergent and body builder supplement ratios.
Starforge 4.0 is out, which is our galaxy editor for the MMO. My team is thinking of making:
1) Randomized events on each clash. Like space aliens may crash your clash, or maybe a space dragon, or maybe a space fire dragon, or maybe a space ice dragon, or maybe a space spice dragon, who knows, the possibilities are endless, I mean a space acid dragon, a space lightning dragon, a space acid lightning dragon, who KNOWS! Actually dragons may not be in game YET, just saying randomness is coming, and it's gonna be less generic than the joke I just told.
2) Team makers are again making MMO static zones
I'm full truckin ahead, coding a ton each day.
Work is less demanding.

Christian Game: Throne and Crown released - a great Christmas present

You have no idea how much work went into this game. Over 100,000 lines of hand written code, 4 artists, 3 musicians, acclaimed sound track. 2d zeldalike. Enjoy hackney cheesy rush job trailer to a well polished game. We probably spent over 6,000 man hours making this game if you count the techs we made along the way. This is monumental and if you like it, let me know and I’ll keep making updates. I probably have 20,000 hours of content updates I could add. :)
Christian parents long lament they can no longer watch their child watch tv or play video games unsupervised. This game is very Christian. I hope you don’t play it unsupervised tho, because it will be fun to watch your kid play! If we as Christian want Christian media to start to win out vs secular garbage pushed since 1998 cancel culture, we got to start supporting Christian artists making this media. Either way, have a Merry Christmas, and if you want a free copy because you cannot afford one, just let me know how to write you in the comments.
Throne and Crown boasts:
1) Action + RPG which is a solid game style. The action means you need to think and react to situations. The RPG means if you’re not good enough to do the action the first time around, eventually you’ll level up enough to assist you through it. The game plays like famous 2d Z-likes with an overland.
2) There are places to explore and colorful NPCs to meet.
3) The music score impressed just about everyone. I had three musicians sign on to contribute!
4) There are three bosses. There is the Ratiator, the King Crab, and the Goblin King. Aside from my beta tester Ben and myself, no one has beaten the Goblin King.
5) There is a village to help and you can log in daily to help them or you can push through and collect resources yourself by exploring and gathering.
6) There is a “stealth” zone on the beach which is fun, and has island rhythms.
7) The game is designed to be expansive and episodic. Each episode should add new features and a new town to rescue. I really want to make new levels, a castle sim, a roguelike mode, multiplayer and army vs army combat.
8) As a serious video game player for 40 years, I personally enjoy playing this game. It has the features that I enjoy in a game. I’d be really excited if this game takes off so I can keep making future episodes for the next couple years. If this game doesn’t take off at all though, I’m going to keep making video games.
9) Designed for keyboard, but may work for joystick. Some types supported, others should be mapped.
10) Good guy friendly. There are options to be morally grey, but following the path of being the good guy is optimal.

I really didn't want a job as I have so many games in the pipe, but it literally could ease the supply chain and reduce inflation for our nation, so meh, I'm doin it.
POINT OF INETERST 3) Starfighter General dev
Between new job, launching TAC for quick money to buy Christmas presents and still fighting illness... I wanted to dev, but missed. I had one week where I got like only 2.5 hrs a sleep for 6 days straight and its still a fight somedays with 4-8 hrs of exercise needed to stave off neuropathy. This is not a sob story, just saying what I am fighting through to get you out the MMORPG.
Also my Starfighter dev team is growing. I'm making Starforge 4.0 map editor for my crew. I might make it public some patch! Then hold a contest for you guys to make orbital levels n stuff. Ok, back to coding...
Lots of good news: Health improved! Throne and Crown Released!
Remember, Good News, but first what I went through last week:
Last week I didn't have enough money to buy high protein low calorie foods, so I suffered with diabetes/malnutrition. I had enough food, but my food was high calorie for the protein content so I'd have to exercise to stave of DKA, and in so doing, needed more protein then have to exercise it off, and be stuck in a cycle. I got about 2.5 hours of sleep on average for 6 days despite really really wanting sleep. I lost many lb of muscle and put on many lb of fat despite like 5-10 hrs of exercise a day. It didn't help that the mattress I slept on deflated every two hours and I needed to wake up and inflate it, lol.
Good News:
Fortunately I sold my old car for $420 when it's value was prolly over 1000$, and I was able to buy protein powder & an air bed. God put on my heart to research eczema, and one causes is laundry detergent. I started using fragrant stuff about 1.5 years ago and that was when my problems started! I stopped wearing clothes in that. Boom: Nutrition + removal of allergens in scented clothes + a bed that doesn't deflate every 2 hours and bingo bango I got a good night of sleep. Next day I felt my juices coming back. Next day after that I felt 98% aside from noticing the missing muscle mass of a week of atrophy, but I can just get those back with gains and exercises! I'm upswinging, and that's great for Starfighter General because I can put more attention on it!
Results: We prepped for the final showdown of ultimate releasity: Starfighter General gets my major attention. Though I really do have to do this scientific equipment software to help the ports open with this research guy IRL. I think 100 hours of code, expect a mmo, so earliest is what 8 hr a day, 12 days? Expect 30-60 conservatively... And you know how 2021 has been very very tough for me? Well yeah, it could be delayed, but I really really really want it done.

Yo, battling this weird health condition like a cross between diabetes, insomnia and eczema, lots of fighting it. Lots of down time.
Also I got a job at a scientific research place, and it has this one task that needs done... hanging me up for another day or two.
I am releasing Throne And Crown in a few days, forgot how to compile .exe from flash. Other than that it could be launched.
So like one slow down thing and two hurdles... This year man... This year I'm going through, it could be a Biblical event, I haven't heard anyone with 1/10 as many crazy things going on especially a dude who's goal is to sit in a chair and code...
Anyway if that sounds like a huge excuse to not have an update... It is. I'll try and make it up to you guys with a couple massive amounts of updates... Soon.

The Prime Dimension is being focused into by many space stations of many dimensions. In this Dimension, the echoes go out to all others. So everyone is contending to rule it... Well some are just content to contend with those contending because they want to continue their existence free. And everybody's got to fight to be free.
In the Prime Dimension, if you die, a nearly exact replacement from another dimension can be ported in. This near mint version of your character is an echo of you moments before he or she, robot, it started to deteriorate towards termination. Clones ain't you. Respawning via soul homing happens, but the vats get ugly and take maintenance and fees. This dimensional echo is really you only a few moments before. And that's pretty cool, nearly your entire life is there except just before. Hey anyone know what were we talking about?
Oh yeah, Daily Rewards are tied to the Exploration of the Prime Dimension. Every day you log in, your probe/drone brings back some lewt, gets commission from an orbital marketplace, you work towards your 7 day chain of a moderate reward.
The 7 day chaining is very very very forgiving. You don't log on every day? Fine. Just don't miss 7 in a row or it resets. Get 7 chained together, and you gain a secret token like magic find in other games. It makes your dailys more rewarding. You can have any number of these tokens. You lose one for every 7 days in a row you don't log on. So even if you go on vacation after playing the game for a year, you'll still have most of your progress of dailies.
This is the last step I must do before promoting for last push at a crowd source.
Now I can just focus on releasing MOBA this month and casually promoting. Hopefully this gives some user retention leading to more bases to raid. Enjoy.
One more thing, in the dev version... You can collide with the small ships. See if you can fly through the mess over and over. I discovered I'll have speed runs which amounts to forcing you down a straight line even in open space. I can constrain this wide open game to what amounts to a tunnel runner spaceflight of classic games we grew up with.

Okay, this is hype. The game part isn't in yet, will be soon, but I finally compiled a standalone after 9 months of wanting to get you this. What is your benchmark of your computer? I get 60 FPS at 10,000 rendered enemies with solid AI, collision, and meshes rendering! The future is now! Do you have a computer that cranks out? Throw away all your old bench marks, those games are old and having a mid life crisis. Literally basically NO video game before has unlocked this, like closer to 0% than .0001% of games use other cores right. The future is now, see if you can get 60 FPS at 10,000 rendered enemies or more.
I have 12 cores Ryzen 64 GB ram mid line graphics card. I know there are dual 12 core machines and stroing graphics cards and over clockers. Now is your time to shine. Never before has a bench mark let you crank out all your cores. Shut down all your apps, shut down your processes. Stream line windows! And get more performance. While old games had windows on a core and their game on one core, and a web browser on another... The less processes you using, the faster the game gets... This is the future, and the future is now. I can't hype this enough. This is Cray Cray Crazy new and fun!

I did not get time for daily rewards because my tech worker from india stopped by and he helped me with tools. Abraham Lincoln once said something like,"If I have 5 hours to cut down a tree, I'll spend the first three sharpening my axe." Tools are important. Just don't be a tool.

I really really want this out ASAP. I have 28 hours of coding if no hurdles happened, but it's been about 4 weeks of fighting over just destroying an object in the new "Unlock all your CPU cores" cutting edge technology UNITY is pushing. It is worth it for you get 10-100x performance, but hard to get working properly. Thankfully I have 150,000 hours experience, so I'm one of the world's leaders in this now apparently.
