Something strange is going on within the Boiling Mine! The demise of the Bronze Guardian and freeing of the Stoneheads should have meant that the mines were all but done. Recently however, you’ve heard tell of the old forges being relit and the sounds of industry coming from the heated halls; someone surely must be behind this!
Return to the Boiling Mine to uncover the mystery in Stone Story RPG’s newest Legend quest, “Burnout”!
“Burnout” will be available to play in-game starting May 16. The accompanying in-game event, “Burned, But Not Out”, will be live from May 16 to May 26. More details to follow!
Step to it, Stoneheads! The Fangs in the Dark event is live from now until May 5th. Complete runs in the Caves of Fear for 2x Loot Drops!

Earlier this month, members of the SSRPG community showed us their awesome talent in another Community Art Jam! To celebrate the coming of Spring, players created incredible ASCII works of art themed around the deep dark Caves of Fear.

Evil things creep and crawl in deep, winding tunnels below the earth. Descend into darkness and burn away the shadows with a new item: the Torch! Play through the limited-time event “Fangs in the Dark” from April 25 to May 5 and overcome the vile beasts lurking in the dark.
“Fangs in the Dark” will be live from April 25. ”Fangs in the Dark is a repeatable event and will return on a seasonal basis.”

During this event, you'll have the opportunity to earn glittering rewards, along with the new Lost Item: The Aether Talisman.
Our old friend Hans needs your help! He’s grown rather curious of the Moondial in your possession and wishes to explore its alchemical properties. Guide Hans through his experiments in the new upcoming Legend Quest, “Transmutable Trials”!
This new Quest will also introduce a brand new Lost Item: The AEther Talisman. Harness the unmaking energy it possesses in your own arsenal!
“Transmutable Trials” will be available to play in-game starting April 6th. The accompanying in-game event, “Dreams of Aether”, will be live from April 6th to April 16th. More details to follow!
Spring has sprung in the Dark World! Participate in the Spring Equinox Event, taking place from March 19 to March 29. Complete runs in the Mushroom Forest for 2x Loot Drops!
Introducing a new craftable basic item: the Towering Shield! This hefty addition to your arsenal will slow you down but bulk up your defenses. Craft this new item and put it to the test in the upcoming Towering Shield Event, taking place from February 22nd to March 3rd.
But that’s not all! In this event we’ll also debut Prismatic Cosmetics, a new type of skin available for all equippable items, along with some other small surprises for the event.
SSRPG's Next Chapter and Animated Trailer Previews
We’ve talked about how players will visit the floating city of Acropolis in an upcoming update to the main game.
We’ve worked with a concept artist to draft up a design for The University, where players will find the halls of knowledge have been transformed into battlegrounds. Acropolis forces have pushed into the University, dead-set on capturing the last holdout who protects Leuce’s Blossom in the library.
Something else we’d like to share with you all is that we’re working on an animated trailer for Stone Story RPG! We’ve partnered with a talented animator, and we’ve got some exciting stuff cooking.

A sleeping dragon awakens- The Nagaraja 2x Loot Event is happening now!

From February 1 to February 11, Stone Story RPG will be running an in-game 2x Loot Event on all Nagaraja kills. Complete runs in the Temple to earn this extra loot.
Nagaraja is also sporting an all-new look! For the duration of the event, Nagaraja will take on the form of a slithering sky serpent.
