Match events have been fixed in the post match lobby.
A bug has been fixed for the player rating (0 - 100) score, given to all footballers. This will update every Sunday and reward active users with a higher score.
We identified some issues related to wages, which have now been fixed. We’re also giving training feedback, to show more detailed data after completing training.
Fixed an issue causing the game to crash at the end of a tournament match and stats not being recorded.
The bug causing a few characters to be incorrectly deleted, due to inactivity, has been fixed. We sincerely apologise to the users impacted by this bug.
The formation for the post match lobby should now display properly, with correct positions.

New Tutorials and Match changes - Patch 2.1.2 Notes - 10/30
The additions and fixes this week are as follows:
We have completely restructured the tutorial for new users. We take them through some training drills, to understand the core mechanics of the game in a challenging format. That’s followed by some new match scenarios, where we put the user in particular “moments” of a match.
The movement of a player after a tackle has been changed. It was based on momentum previously, but now it will just reduce overall movement. A soft tackle will allow the tackler to move much further than a player attempting a sliding tackle.
The interaction point for goalkeepers has been reworked. Now, if a goalkeeper can only reach the edge of a shot, their chances of success will be reduced.
High pass and low pass options have been added to corner kicks.
Fixed the text colour of shirt numbers, to adjust depending on the shirt colour in matches. The text colour of each club on the resolve timer has also been fixed to be consistent with the club colours.
The manager paint line has been made easier to use. The manager just had to click a point on the pitch and a horizontal line will be drawn across the pitch. We expect this to be much more useful for offside traps and defensive lines. The lines also have a slightly higher thickness.
A bug with match rating has been fixed, where the rating could be over 10.
Users can now use ESC to cancel watching videos in the tutorial section.

We have introduced a bot to our Discord server. The function of the bot is to announce to our users when quick matches are being created in the game. The main objective is to be able to support new users, as well as giving existing users more of an opportunity to play ad-hoc games.
We have made an enhancement to our resolve timer calculations. Our current implementation would round the timer, which would give the defending team an advantage in some situations - particularly dribble actions. Please let us know if you encounter any bugs with this change to the resolve timer.
We have applied an additional change for the squad number feature. Existing players with duplicates have had their number forcibly changed now.
We’ve also added some wage restrictions on the contract page, to combat the farming characters. There is still enough room for managers to offer more/less money depending on their situation - it just eliminates the extremes. It is also clearer for managers what the “optimal” wage is for 18-21yo footballers.
Match ratings have been tweaked for each position. We have also fixed some bugs related to stats being tracked on the character page. We are aware of an issue with assists being registered, which will be fixed in a future patch.
Managers will now have a restriction of 30 days after they leave a club, before they can create another. This is to combat users consistently creating new clubs and using the funds to “farm” their characters on high wages.

Season Two Restart! - Patch 2.1.0 Notes - 10/01
We know it's been a little while since our last update but we have been working hard on fixing these changes and testing them. We're massively looking forward to season two and hope you guys are too!
The fixture scheduling bug has been resolved. We have added more logging, so if the issue occurs again we can quickly identify the source of the bug. With this change, we can finally restart season 2!
The kick-off issue, where players sometimes get moved to the opposition half, has been resolved. If this continues to occur please let us know details of the match.
Managers will now be able to edit the squad numbers of players in their club. This will ensure no duplicate numbers are allowed in the squad.
Substitutions will now be displayed as a match event. When a goal is scored, the name of the players scoring the goal and the player providing the assist (where applicable) will be displayed. The event time has been reduced from 6 seconds to 3 (for things like kick-off, goal kicks etc).
More colours have been made available for club kits and cosmetic items.
The matchmaking timer for quick matches has been reduced to 5 minutes.

Season One coming to an end! - Patch 2.0.78Notes - 08/05
Firstly the current season, Season One, will be closing on the 9th of August 2020. Please make sure to renew contracts of players you wish to keep at your club. We will introduce other tournament formats later this month as part of the season 2 launch.

Steam Achievements have been updated and some bug fixes for this weeks update.
The Steam achievements for the game have been updated.
Goalkeepers should now be able to interact with passes & crosses at short range. Previously they were unable to interact in the block area with their hands, which was unrealistic.
Some enhancements have been made for when users quickly select a move from the action menu. We will be adding a visual indicator in the future, so users know when their action is received by the server.

New features
Users are now able to join season matches at any point, not just before kick-off. Also, if a user is disconnected during a match, they are able to rejoin.
When a user receives a message from another user, they will receive a pop-up when logging in to notify them.
Match engine bugs
Increased the ball speed of all actions. The previous increase wasn't enough due to the resolve timer logic.
Fixed a bug which stopped the ball crossing the line for bot goalkeepers.
Players with high agility were able to run faster than they should, which has been fixed.
Fixed a bug preventing players from moving in the same turn after passing/shooting in phase 1.
When a sliding tackle was used successfully, the tackled player received a speed reduction for the remainder of the match incorrectly.
Fixed a bug where the position of the tackler didn’t update properly.
Reduced the chance of bot defenders running to their goal line.
Reduced the condition lost when players run.
The potential randomness has been reduced on longer distance passes, for players with high passing attributes.
Fixed the bug causing goalkeepers unable to receive the ball outside their box.
Fixed a bug in seasons matches preventing goalkeepers to aim the parry & punch.
The alignment of the goalposts in 11v11 matches have been fixed.

Bug fixes and changes to some match logic- Patch 2.0.5 Notes - 07/01
Here's this weeks changes:
We have added logic to remove inactive footballers, managers and clubs on a regular basis. This avoids the system being flooded by new users who don't return.
Trial contracts will now expire after 7 days. The manager will get a notification once it has expired. The manager will need enable the trial contract again if they require more players.
Fixed some of the errors with matchmaking logic in ladder tournaments. It will aim to not pair the same clubs against each other on consecutive days and ensure a fair balance of home & away matches.
Fixed some situations when receive options were not available when they should have.
The first 25% of a cross and driven pass is now not receivable.
We have fixed bot defenders running to the goal line. There may still be some situations which cause them to do it, but the most common causes have been identified.
The alignment of posts have been tweaked slightly to ensure they are in sync with the pitch design.
Fixed a display bug on the footballer page which displayed previous wage of players without a contract.
The minimum age value on the football page has been fixed.

Match engine
Fixed the match freeze caused by driven pass.
Agility has more of an impact when changing direction with momentum. Momentum has been reduced slightly in the running speed calculations.
Fixed a bug where AI defenders would run to the goal line needlessly.
The condition lost after performing actions in a match has been reduced.
We've set a minimum distance for block rebounds, so they should always be visible to players.
Additional formations have been updated for kick-off starting positions.
Resolved a bug causing a player to be incorrectly given as offside after receiving a block.
Fixed a bug related to how dribble success % was calculated.
Resolved an offside bug when an outfielder is behind the goalkeeper.
Seasons
Tournament matches now give the option to do a quick throw-in (positions are not reset) or a regular throw-in.
Fixed a bug where timezones were not displayed correctly on sliders.
The timezone we detect will now appear in other places we display times, to avoid confusion when arranging matches and setting preferred playing times.
Deleted characters should not appear in the leaderboard now.
We've resolved some display bugs for player stats on the character screen.
The number of clubs displayed in the tournament page should update correctly now.
The script for player rating adjustments, mentioned in the previous patch, has now been enabled.

Further Season and Match bug fixes - Patch 2.0.3 Notes - 06/16
Match engine
We've updated the zones in the 11v11 pitch where shooting & crossing actions can be attempted. As a result of this change, we haven't had any issues with gk menu options being unavailable. We will continue to monitor it.
Passing and crossing randomness has been increased, for lower skill levels. Hard shots randomness has also been adjusted.
Another fix has been implemented to stop bots being able to intercept passes in the block zone.
The team UDP is now calculated from all characters on the pitch, rather than just active players.
Fixed a bug related to how dribble success % was calculated.
Fixed a bug where bot players would receive balls from offside positions.
We've fixed some offside bugs, but there are still some scenarios recently identified which will be fixed in a future patch.
The default starting positions from goal kicks has been updated, to match the kick-off positions.
Seasons
We now restrict tournament sign-ups to clubs that have at least 3 footballers. This is to avoid inactive matches as much as possible!
Clubs now have the option to unregister for a tournament, on the tournament overview page. Clubs are restricted to being registered to no more than 3 tournaments at once.
Player overall ratings have been fixed. They will update based on the following factors: - How much training your character has done - Player performance, with unique criteria for each position - User activity in seasons matches - Average match rating in seasons matches Note: This will take some time to reflect in live as it requires an additional script to be run.
You can now view a club directly from the tournament overview or standings page.
Half time stats should be appearing consistently in tournament matches.
All subs should now appear in the tournament intro scene.
We've adjusted the column widths in the squad page to give more space for player names.
Fixed a bug when a contract renewal offer was rejected it caused the game to freeze.
Fixed a bug where the club bank balance was not always updating correctly after player training.
Other
Cosmetics are applied by default after purchasing.
The timezone we have detected for you is now displayed in the toolbar.
