A complete wipe was necessary for this update, therefore your saves and options should be gone.
CLASSES AND SKILLS
Classes and Skills rework is done.
Old classes are gone and there are now 10 classes to play with: Fire Mage, Ice Mage, Blood Witch, Necromancer, Cleric, Paladin, Amazon, Ranger, Berserker and Juggernaut.
Basic and Advanced skills are gone and skills are no longer randomly assigned but they are set according to the character class.
Each class has got a Primary Skill, a Secondary Skill, a DOT Skill and a Utility SKill.
Primary Skills cost no mana and they deal less damage.
Secondary Skills cost mana and they deal more damage.
DOT Skills are damage over time abilities, they cost mana and they have a short cooldown (about 2 seconds).
Utility Skills can be offensive abilities, crowd controls abilities, buffs and summons, they cost mana and they have a longer cooldown (8 seconds).
Here is a list of the new abilities.
FIRE MAGE
Fireball: launch a fireball that explodes on impact, damaging all enemies in the area.
Meteor: summon a meteor that explodes on impact, damaging all enemies in the area.
Firewall: summon a wall of fire that burns all enemies in the area.
Summon Drake: summon a Fire Drake Whelp that fights along your side (max 3).
ICE MAGE
Ice Shard: launch a shard of ice that shatters on impact, damaging all enemies in the area.
Cold Orb: hurl a pulsating orb of cold energy that travels through enemies, damaging everything in its path.
Ice Storm: summon a storm of shards of ice that shreds all enemies in the area.
Ice Spikes: summon spikes of ice that impale all enemies in the area.
BLOOD WITCH
Blood Missiles: launch orbs of cursed blood that explode on impact, damaging all enemies in the area.
Blood Well: summon a pool of cursed blood that explodes like a geyser, damaging all enemies in the area.
Raining Blood: summon a cascade of cursed blood, damaging all enemies in the area.
Blood Vortex: conjure a vortex that draws all nearby enemies to it and explodes, damaging all enemies in the area.
NECROMANCER
Dark Torrent: gather unholy energy to launch a barrage of unholy projectiles towards a target location.
Spectral Vanguard: summons a spectral vanguard that charges towards a target location, damaging all enemies in its path.
Soul Reaper: conjure a spectral scythe that reap the souls of all enemies hit and summons a wraith to fight along your side.
Summon Undead: summon an Undead Minion to fight along your side (max 5).
CLERIC
Orb Of Light: hurl a orb of light that explodes on impact and splits into other orbs that seek nearby enemies.
Soulshot: conjure a orb of pure energy that spins around you, damaging all enemies hit.
Volley Of Light: call down a barrage of missiles that bombards a target location, damaging all enemies in the area.
Smite: inscribe a holy mark at a target location that blasts all the enemis in the area and grants you a temporary bonus to your defence and attack speed for each enemy hit. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
PALADIN
Rapid Strikes: hit all enemies in range with a sequence of three rapid strikes.
Zeal: charge your hammer with energy and smash the ground unleashing explosions all around you.
Judgement: summon a pillar of lightning from the sky that strikes all enemies around you.
Shield Bash: slam all enemies in range with your shield.
AMAZON
Piercing Arrows: fire a barrage of magically imbued arrows that pierces through enemies.
Multishot: fire a fan of arrows, damaging all enemies hit.
Rain Of Arrows: fire a volley of magically imbued arrows at a target location, damaging all enemies in the area.
Scattershot: fire a powerful volley of arrows that knockbacks all enemies hit.
RANGER
Poison Barrage: fire a barrage of poisoned arrows.
Bombardment: fire a volley of poisoned arrows that explodes, damaging all enemies in the area.
Poison Cloud: fire a poisoned missile at a target location that explodes, dealing damage over time to all enemies in the area.
Summon Warg: summon a Warg to fight along your side (max 3).
BERSERKER
Frenzy: strike all enemies in range with two rapid hits and grants you a temporary bonus to your attack and movement speed. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
Whirlwind: spin your axes around you, striking everything in your path.
Cleave: slash all enemies in range with a massive swing, casusing them to bleed.
Stomp: smash the ground, damaging all nearby enemies and pulling them to you.
JUGGERNAUT
Sweep: swing your hammer twice, damaging all enemies in range.
Ground Slam: slam the ground and cause wave of volcanic eruptions, damaging all enemies in the area.
Seismic Waves: smash the ground causing seismic waves and crumbling rocks all around you, damaging all enemies in the area.
Cyclone: spin your hammer around you, striking all enemies in range.
When you create a guild, the Applications List have now 5 different classes to choose from; previously it could contains dupes.
Health Points and Mana Points are no longer fixed but they change according to the class you're currently playing with; casters have less life and more mana, melee classes have more health and less mana and Amazons, Rangers and Cleric are half way between the others.
The Action Bar has been redone and now it shows all your abilities; each one of them has a specific icon and if you mouse over it a tooltip will pop out, showing the description of the ability, the damage type and the crowd control effect.
Frenzy's attack speed buff has been changed, from 5% to 10%.
Each skill has a new invisible modifier to help balance the health and mana leech according to the skill speed, the number of hits, etc.
UPGRADES
"Basic Matters" and "Advanced Rulez" upgrades are gone; instead there are now "Des" and "Troy" and they both grant a temporary buff to your damage. "Des" increases your damage for 12 seconds when you use a Primary Skill and "Troy" does the same when you use a Secondary Skill.
"Not So Dead" has been renamed "Quick Recovery" and it's description has been slightly changed to reflect the fact that it now works for all minions and not only for undeads.
"My Little Lich" has been changed, your minions will no longer heal your character but only themselves.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
"Undead Damage" has been renamed to "Minion Damage" and it now grants more damage to all kind of minions and not only to undeads.
"Multi Tornado" has been substitute with "Multi Ice Shard".
PETS
Pet abilities have been temporarily deactivated, they will become secondary automatic attacks in a future update.
Polar Bears are now called Winter Bears.
ITEMS
Added a new property called "Lock".
You can now lock items to prevent selling them accidentally to merchants.
You can lock/unlock an item by clicking on them while holding CONTROL.
Locked items have an image of a small lock in the top left corner and they are labeled as "Locked" inside the tooltip.
When you die, up to three of your equipped items will break, therefore a new property called "Condition" has been added.
Items can be "Intact" (default condition), "Indestructible" (cannot be broken) or "Broken (worthless junk).
Broken Items have a red background, they are labeled "Broken" inside the tooltip and they are worth nothing.
At the moment you can't make an item Indestructible, this feature will come in a future update and it will prevent an item to break only for one death.
"Sell All" buttons no longer sell crafted Jewels.
Items you cannot use due to their level, have now a red mark in the top right corner.
HELP PANEL
The Help Panel and the Tutorial Panel are gone and they have been substitute by a new Help Panel.
The new panel will automatically pop out only the first time you launch the game; after that you can access the new panel anytime you want by pressing the default key "H" or by clicking the "Help" button inside the Guild Panel.
LOCALIZATION
Simplified and Traditional Chinese localization are still missing few lines (mostly inside the Help Panel), the missing lines will be added next week.
Classes and Skills Rework Update
Hello, just wanted to post a small update about the Classes and Skills rework.
I've completed almost 6 classes and there are still 4 to go.
You can take a look at the new models in the screenshot, from left to right: Fire Mage, Ice Mage, Necromancer, Blood Witch, Cleric and Paladin.
I also changed the action bar to fit the new skills in, just don't mind the icons, they are place holders.
ETA for this update is about 2 weeks.

Completed the Journal and the World Map localization in Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
Fixed a bug that caused the player to be pushed through a wall when running against a wall and a container; now when you run over a container, the latter is destroyed.

Added a Journal with an introduction and 8 quests, 1 per dungeon.
You can access the Journal by opening the World Map and you can show and hide the text of the quests by clicking on the buttons on the left side.
You don't need to grab the quests, when you start a game they will be already inside the Journal and their texts will change as soon as you complete a dungeon.
You can keep tracks of your progress by reading the quests or by looking at the colours of the buttons: incomplete quests have white buttons, completed quests have blue buttons.
The World Map has been redone, it should look better and be easier to understand.
The Areas and the Waypoints present in the world will be always visible, on the other hand to see the position of the Dungeon Portals, you need to unlock the relative waypoints which you find at the beginning of the first levels.
Added a couple of sound effects for the Journal/Map.
Fixed a bug that allowed the player to teleport outside of the playable area.
Fixed a bug that caused the player to be stuck in the movement animation after teleporting to a Boss Room.
Note: the localization of the Journal will be completed as soon as I receive the translation, so sometime next week.

Fixed some translation issue in the Simplified and Traditional Chinese Localization.
Fixed Spectral Vanguard and Tornado spells starting positions.
Fixed an UI issue within the Roster and Recruitment Panels in the English Localization; there wasn't enough space to display the entire name of the spell "Spectral Vanguard".
Some of the Bosses were getting stuck in channeling attack animations, added a safe check to avoid the issue.
The Block ability now interrupts any other action you are currently doing and can now be used as a real emergency ability.
I might get rid of the active Block in the upcoming Skills update and transform the ability into a passive bonus which automatically blocks a % of the attacks.
Could use some feedback about it.
Changed some of the default control buttons:
- Summon Banner: 3
- Pet ability: 4
- Block: Space
- Show the names of the nearby items: Left Alt
Fixed a bug which caused the "Pick nearby items" ability, to play a sound even if you didn't loot anything.
Next update should be the Journal.

The global cooldown is now gone, combat should be much smoother, quicker and fun.
Fixed a bug that caused the character to get stuck in the block animation.
I decided to postpone the enrichment of the world (ruins, camps, biomes, etc) and fix the Classes and Skills first, due to the fact that most of the complains are about the combat and the small number of skills to use.
I will also add a Journal to highlight the "objective" of the game (find the 7 dungeons and kill the seven Lieutenants of Mordraehel to activate the Last Sigil portal and reach the final boss); it will also help you to keep track of your progress, meaning know which Bosses you've alredy killed and which you haven't.
These updates will require more time, so do not expect daily patches as usual, unless a urgent fix is needed.

Added a message to alert the player when Ugrash the Storm Caller begins the Eye of the Seer attack.
Added the "Align" and "Sort" buttons to the Inventory and the Stash; the "Align" button removes gaps between the items, while the "Sort" button sort out the items according to their type and quality.
Added five "Sell All" buttons to the Merchants; each button sells all the equippable items inside the bag according to their quality:
- Sell Normals, sells all the normal items
- Sell Magics, sells all the magic items
- Sell Rares, sells all the rare items
- Sell Epics, sells all the epic items
- Sell Mythics, sells all the mythic items
Note: the "Sell" buttons don't work with the Gambler, because this particular merchant doesn't buy any item.
Update v1.0.1.2
Reduced the number of graphics effects spawned by the player's Fireball and Explosive Arrow, and by the Infernal Imp's Fireball. They used to spawn one explosion per enemy hit, instead of one explosion per spell.
Added a graphics effect when a pet is healed by a Health Power Up.
Reduced the global cooldown from 1.0 second, to 0.9 second, combat should feel better and slightly quicker.
Reviewed several player animations that were way too short. I added a few frames and increased their speed, some have been remade or revamped.
Fixed a bug that caused the camera to shake inside some Boss Rooms. The camera maximum size was set according to the Height instead of the Width, causing the camera to overpass the intended maximum size for resolutions higher than 1920x1080.
Fixed a bug that allowed a Jewel to be stored inside pets. Old pets are not effected by the change. Need confirmation that the bug is gone please.

Fixed an issue involving the inventory Tooltip and Comparison; they didn't work as intended at smaller and bigger resolution than 1920x1080.
