It was exactly one year ago, today that Thea: The Awakening was released on Steam and what a journey it has been!
We’ve sold nearly 100k copies, we released two awesome dlc’s, we’ve learnt and listened to our players and released several hundred updates and fixes and most of all, we gained some super fantastic fans that helped us shape this little gem into what it is today!
So, Happy Birthday Thea and thank you to all who made it a great year!
We hope you celebrate many more birthdays with you guys, so stay tuned in for more MuHa goodness to come!

Hi all,
As we are now full steam ahead with Our Next Game (TM), we managed to put together a small patch fixing a couple problems in T:TA. This new build is available on Beta branch for testing.
Fixed animated HP values on cards so that they don't get bigger over time,
Child sacrifice event - the number of children to be sacrificed has been reduced, so that the event is now more likely to trigger,
Croppings event - in this event, the children who undergo the ritual start with up to 40 extra points, making those units more elite, but the events will only appear 3 times in a game,
Orcs return event - a fix to make sure they only come back once,
Light Armours - fixed icons (swapped leather and gems looks),
Bigos from Mushrooms and Bird Meat now has a proper icon,
Updated help strings in Community French (as far as I'm aware, that was the final edit and the FRC language pack is considered finished).
Apart from fixes, we've added a feature too - after every won fight your group will receive an item (equipment, tools or food) and its quality will depend on the challenge's difficulty rating.
Additionally, players reported that movement cost marker quite often did not appear. We did a little investigation and it looks like the the problem is caused by a bug in the engine we use. To solve the issue, run the game with -force-gfx-direct parameter (or select "Play in GFX Direct mode" from the starting menu).

We've teamed up with other developers to bring you this awesome bundle of strategy games. Details below:
Not too long ago we added a new set of character art. The graphic style of these characters was noticeably different from what we already had so we decided to replace these. It took a while (holiday season and all), but today we uploaded a patch that changes the look of 10 villagers. There is no need to start a new game, you will simply see new portraits after downloading this patch. Additionally, thanks to our French community, an update to Community French events has been added. Enjoy!

After a really long discussion both internal and in forum threads, today's patch brings:
- Warriors now are able to wear jewellery,
- Animals are now able to wear artifacts,
- Event fixes.

A small update today, featuring 7 new character art (3 dwarves and 4 elves) and also a couple changes in events:
- fixed the Zorya god quest where a group of Bies was spawned instead of Simargl;
- fixed the roaming Orcs group in the cosmic tree quest, where they used to stay on the map infinitely, even after completion of the story line.

I'm a bit late with the patch notes today, but here we go:
- [MP] fixed starting population display on difficulty settings panel

- Cabbage Field children spawn rate increased
- Fixed scholars so they can be male or female (this was supposed to go into last patch but didn't)
- Decreased the amount of enemies in Scavengers mob
Thea: The Awakening Demo
Hey all!
We've decided to do something crazy today. If you ever wanted to try Thea, but you were not entirely sure if you'd like it - now you can. But it's not just a demo. It is actually the full game!
Of course, we are not totally nuts, so the demo is not entirely up to date - it is Thea's Early Access version from October 2015. As you can imagine, from that moment we have added tons of new content and improvements, but it should be more than enough to check if you like the concept.
