※ Chaos Tickets sent through combined mail cannot be claimed in Season Mode, but can be claimed in Standard Mode.

Apology for Server Open Delay
Greetings, Rune Hunters.
First of all, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies to all Rune Hunters who have waited for the first Season of UNDECEMBER despite many concerns, for the long delay in the server opening.
Although we carried out many preparations in order to meet Rune Hunters’ expectations, unexpected issues occurred during our preparations that caused delays in the server opening.
As an apology to Rune Hunters who patiently waited for the server to open, the following compensation will be sent at a later date.

※ As the event will end after the Apr. 27 (Thu) scheduled maintenance, please make sure you use your Ortemis Growth Support Chests before then. Unused chests will disappear once the event ends.

Season Mode Zodiac Web Simulator Preview and Other Changes
We are releasing a Zodiac Web Simulator Preview so that Rune Hunters can see in advance
the Zodiac information that will be provided in the new Season Mode!
You can check the current UNDECEMBER live version and the upcoming update version
on the Zodiac Web Simulator (beta) that can be accessed through the FLOOR website.
How to Check the Zodiac Web Simulator Preview
1. Select the Zodiac version you want to view on the Zodiac Web Simulator (beta).
By selecting the version you want to view on the Zodiac Web Simulator (beta),
which can be accessed through ‘Game Info’ > ‘Zodiac Web Simulator (beta)’ on the UNDECEMBER website,
you can view the Zodiac version that is currently in service as well as the Zodiac information that will be updated.
- LIVE Version: You can check the UNDECEMBER Zodiac values that are currently applied.
- UPDATE Version: You can check the Zodiac values that will be applied after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.

✔ Temporary Suspension of Chaos Card Trading at Auction House
With the maintenance on Apr. 19 (Wed), trading of Chaos Cards and Chaos Keys through the Auction House
will become temporarily unavailable.
Chaos Cards and Chaos Keys that have already been registered in the Auction House
will remain registered for their remaining time after being registered.
Moreover, although Chaos Cards and Chaos Keys acquired before the Apr. 19 (Wed) maintenance will be marked as tradable,
please note that they will not be available for new Auction House registrations.
With the Ganida update, global service integration, and the introduction of Season Mode on Apr. 27 (Thu),
the temporary suspension of Auction House trading will be lifted,
so tradable Chaos Cards acquired after the update will be available to register in the Auction House as normal.
✔ Characters
- Purchases for expanding character slots will not be available until the global service integration.
ㄴ We will be refunding the same amount of Diamonds/Rubies used by users who have expanded their slots.
