Advance Notice on Some Upcoming Changes with the Apr. 27 Update
With the Ganida update on Apr. 27 (Thu) and the introduction of the new Season Mode,
many changes will be coming to Rune Hunters’ journeys in UNDECEMBER.
Among these, we would like to inform you in advance about the changes that will be made
with the Chaos Dungeon reset and the introduction of Season Mode, as well as the content that will be ending.
◆ Chaos Dungeon Reset and Current Chaos Cards
With the Ganida update on Apr. 27 (Thu), the current Chaos Statue Level will be reset.
After the update, users will only be able to enter Saluto and use the Chaos Dungeons
once they have fully cleared the ACT 12 Ganida story.
Chaos Cards that are acquired before the update can be used until the update.
After the Chaos Statue is reset, users must acquire new Chaos Cards in order to use the Chaos Dungeons.
Chaos Cards that are not used before the Ganida update will be converted into event items once the update takes place
and will be available to obtain in Standard Mode.
The types of Chaos items that will be converted include
all Chaos Cards, Chaos Card Chests, Chaos Keys, and Chests that include Chaos Keys.
◆ Temporary Suspension of Trade through the Auction House
Trade of Chaos Cards through the Auction House will be temporarily unavailable after the Apr. 19 (Wed) maintenance.
Chaos Cards and items that have already been registered in the current Auction House
will remain registered for their remaining time.
The temporary suspension of Chaos Card trade through the Auction House will be lifted after the Ganida update,
so users will be able to use the Auction House normally after the maintenance on Apr. 27 (Thu).
◆ Relic and Zodiac Reset
Relics and Zodiacs will be reset after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
Please activate your character’s Relic Avatar, reset your Divinity Points,
and reset your Zodiac Trait and Stat points once you log in to the game after the update.
◆ Changes to Alchemy
The Alchemy feature will be changed so that it is shared within your account after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
As all items that are being crafted through Alchemy will be deleted after the update,
please ensure that you claim items that have been completed before the maintenance.
We also recommend that you refrain from using the Alchemy feature before the maintenance.
Formula Books will also be changed so that they are shared within your account,
and all Formula Books that have been used for characters will be reset.
After this, we will send users the same amount of ‘Formula Book Selection Chests’
as the number of Formula Books they have used for the characters in their accounts.
E.g.) If you have used one [Formula Book] Cold DMG Orb for Character A and one for Character B, you will receive 2 chests.
◆ Changes to Crafting
Crafting Levels (Weapon/Armor/Accessory) will be deleted after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
We will send all the Star Memory and Currency that have been used for growing Crafting Levels for each item to users.
◆ Changes to Rune Awakening
With the improvements that will be made to Rune Awakening after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update,
Awakening Stones and Seals of Engraving will be deleted.
For users who own Awakening Stones, we will send them
the same amount of Engraving Stones as the amount of Awakening Stones they own.
Moreover, as the mechanism for Awakening will be completely changing,
we will be resetting Awakening and sending users Engraving Stones according to Rune types.
◆ Changes to Some Items
Users will no longer be able to acquire Color Elements (Red/Green/Blue) of all grades after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
All owned Color Elements will be changed to Earth Elements according to their grade.
However, as the schedule for changing these items has not yet been confirmed,
we will inform you through a future notice when the changes are made.
Star Crystals will be deleted once the Chaos Compendium is renewed,
and any owned Star Crystals will be changed to Darkness Energy.
Gold that has been used for growth for the current Chaos Compendium will be sent to users after the update.
◆ Changes to Some Convenience Features
The method for unlocking Alchemy Brewing slots and Formula Page slots will change after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
We will send the Currency already used to unlock these slots to users.
In addition, as the default number of spaces provided for Bags will also change,
we will send the Currency used to expand Bags to those users who have already expanded their Bags.
※ We will send Rubies to those who have used or own Bag expansion items.
◆ Changes to Some Pass Products
The Statue Level Up Pass I and II will be deleted after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update.
If you have purchased any of these products and are progressing with the Pass,
please ensure that you claim your Pass items before the maintenance takes place.
※ To Note
✔ Please note that we will be unable to offer assistance for Alchemy/Pass items
that have not been claimed before the Apr. 27 (Thu) maintenance.

GANIDA WEEK EVENT
For all Rune Hunters who are waiting for the Apr. 27 (Thu) ACT 12 Ganida update and the start of Season Mode,
we have prepared an event where you can receive various rewards when you log in to the game every day for 2 weeks.

◆ GANIDA WEEK EVENT

- After the Apr. 12 (Wed) scheduled maintenance – Apr. 26 (Wed) 08:59 (UTC+9)
■ Event Details
- Log in every day for 14 days during the event period to receive various rewards through your in-game mail,
including [Exclusive] Unique Chaos Card Chest and Memory Rune Random Chest.
■ How to Participate
- Log in during the event period and receive rewards through your mailbox.
■ Event Rewards
- Event rewards can only be claimed from your mailbox for 12 hours from the time of login,
or in other words, the time at which the reward mail is sent.
Please ensure that you claim your rewards before the mail expires.
- The schedule for sending event rewards are based on the UTC+9 time zone.
■ To Note
※ Event details may be subject to change.
※ Event items may be given through other events and game content.
※ The rewards for each day are different for this event,
and users will have to log in within the set schedule for each day in order to receive the reward for that day.
E.g.) Based on the UTC+9 time zone, users who exit the game on Apr. 11 (Tue) 20:00
and log in to the game again on Apr. 13 (Thu) 09:10 → will only receive 300,000 Gold through their mail (As the user did not log in to the game on Apr. 12 (Wed), they would not receive the Instant Recovery Potion Chest x3 reward.)
※ Based on the time of 09:00 (UTC+9) every day, rewards will be sent when users log in to the game.
※ Rewards must be claimed directly from the mailbox,
and the reward mail will only be available for 12 hours from the time at which it is sent.
Rewards that are not claimed before the reward mail expires cannot be restored.
E.g.) Rewards from mail received on Apr. 12 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC+9) after logging in
can be claimed until Apr. 13 (Thu) 03:00 (UTC+9)
