This update contains optimizations to the battle logic that should result in reduced cpu load. It also contains a lot of ground work needed to expand and scale the game in the future, especially related to all custom content! It also contains a variety of fixes as always.

This update contains mainly updates to the sieging mechanics and some other fixes and tweaks. It also addresses certain issues related to officer loyalty, reducing the likelihood of defections.
