Cross platform multiplayer
A new networking system has been put in place which will allow cross platform multiplayer.
SIDE EFFECT : Users that own the demo are now able to play with users that own the full version. - few things need to be corrected but the communication should work.

[Treasure Hunter] Hoarder ability triggers 3 times in the interval of 1 second, 1st Interval is 1/6th of the range, then 1/2 and then the full range.
[Treasure Hunter] pickups collected with [Hoarder] ability have smaller value ( 5% heal,3 rail, 1 missile, 1 grenade)
[Interceptor] fixed when Dash didn't disable enemies
[Interceptor] Marker explode after 5 seconds and changed quantities to 1/2/3
[Interceptor] Marker now explodes when hit with a grenade as well
