Balancing: Reduced luck aspect of bombs and thread magic by 1 tier. Moderately to greatly reduced base damage of tier 3 bombs and above. Increased damage of thread's ultimate. Greatly increased knowledge needed to see knowledge chests on NG+0. Dexterity no longer affects stamina regen. Spirit no longer affects recovery. Magic no longer affects mana regen.
Misc: The Ghost Ship can no longer learn skills. First section of Valez questline will now properly display failure if the merchant is abandoned during esort. Fixed AP cost to Omega Solace. Fixed text to Mass Fire Mending All key items are no longer usable. Removed follow up script. Fixed Mace's Heavy Swing text. Skills no longer apply foray. Alex will no longer speak in combat when dead or asleep. Removed countering script. All party members received -100% chance to counter. Removed counter rate from status menu. Renamed status menu's Target Rate to Taunt. Renamed status menu's TP regen to ST regen. Death sound effects will no longer play after every action when an enemy has died. Hard Mode = 25% Reduction Nightmare = 50% Reduction Infinite Nightmare = 75% Reduction (previous saves received 2, 5, or 10 talents points, based on difficulty) Created new music for Old Arena. Balancing: Halved recovery bonus from spirit. Greatly increased health to top 3 tiers of enemies. Blessed now gives +10% spirit.
Misc: Fixed screen permanently fading out when docking in Southern Katis. Fixed Yamen Farm house with exiting wrong door. Fixed Undercity house with entering wrong room. Improved bookshelf formula. (this may have fixed a freezing bug when reading books deep in the Infinite Hotel, but this fix is unlikely) Updated old books on status effects. Fixed starting enemy resources. New Features: Added an extremely powerful superboss. (it's found past the Chaos Guard) Old save files can speak to the Ghost Town butterfly for unique dialog. (this dialog lets them choose which NG+ they wish to be on due to a previous bug)
Balancing: Increased environmental brightness of higher tier brightening effects. (this allows spells like divine light to more reliably affect enemies who are vulnerable to brightness) Dead Candy now gives +10 to all stats instead of +50 to spirit.
Misc: Fixed MP costs to some Earth spells. Fixed some unbreakable pots in Undercity. Fixed some pathing issues in Undercity. Fixed a crashing issue in Undercity that was caused by a missing music file. Fixed Acceptance of Scale and Cosmic Color chests from displaying the wrong graphic when opened. Fixed Cosmic Color buff and debuffs from affecting areas outside of Cosmic Color. Fixed Southern Undercity teleport crystal. Fixed Cosmic Color from not applying its 30x exp buff. Balancing: Reduced mana costs to all carbon spells by 33%. (ultimates were reduced by an additional half, but now have a high hp cost) Increased Sentient Perimeter from 25% to 50%. Slightly lowered hp costs to carbon's healing spells. Significantly lowered hp costs to dark magic's red spells. Swapped locations of Traditionalist and Aqualung.
Misc: Fixed scientists from being deleted. (previous saves were given additional ghosts equal to their town level) Fixed new playthroughs from receiving some of the old version adjustments. (this fixed many unreported bugs, but may cause new ones) Fixed a guard from not despawning after Valez encounter. NG+ now checks NG+ fail safe before initiating. (this fixes NG+2 and NG+3 from not applying their debuffs) Fixed various typos. Created failsafe for ship building.

Balancing: Overall bomb damage is now divided by cosmic fatigue. (this is additive to the overall bomb damage reduction of NG+) Reduced Crying Artist's recovery by half. Golem and Ghostship now double stats for each NG+. Ghost Ship leveling speed modifier reduced from 1.5 to 1.4. Golem leveling speed modifier reduced from 1.5 to 1.4. (both golem and ghostship leveling buffs are not retroactive for previous levels) Buffed Krakens by 10%.
Misc: Fixed black flame pathing issue in Cosmic Color. Cosmic Color merchant can now be interacted with. Fixed brightness to Chaos Castle exterior. Fixed Red Temple 48. Fixed text inside Hotel Maintenance building.

Balancing: All enemies now receive 75% less bomb damage when on NG+. Enemy bases are now better fortified on NG+. Each NG+ now reduces mana cost by half. Each NG+ now reduces cosmic fatigue by 2 instead of 1.
Misc: Fixed NG+ info. Base damage of bombs are now properly reduced by 95% for each NG+. (was 90%) Fixed Earth's AoE spells. Fixed replayable scene issue in Count's Mansion.
